“8 like the store in general good stuff at fair prices but I bought a flashlight and it never came on and worked. I returned it at my first opportunity but I got a hard time at customer service they tried giving me a 2.99 gift card for the 10 or 15 dollar flashlight I had originally bought. I ended up with no flashlight and a 7.00 dollar gift card. I wasn't at all happy with the customer service or the return policy if they even have one”

“I can’t say enough good things about Dream Puppys. After loosing my sweet dog a few months ago I finally decided to get a new puppy. I went several times to the store holding and looking for the perfect new addition to our family. I was never rushed to pick and was told many times that I’d know when I found the right one. Everyone was so patient and helped me look to find the perfect girl for my family. She spent so much time looking and sending pictures and videos helping to make the wait easier. I was able to pick up my sweet cavapoo this week and she is absolutely everything I was looking for. Thank you so much Dream Puppys. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars.”

“I would very much like to say thank you to Daphne Prince at the Dothan tractor supply store on the loop for her over the top willingness to help. She did everything within her power to help us knowing that I was needing a specific item for my 93 year old dad who had recently fallen and was unable to walk. I was in town for only an overnight from GA trying to fulfill needs for dad. We owe it all to her for making this happen. She was courteous caring and very sincere. Thank you Daphne

“I came by here today and I cannot believe how absolutely massive the store is, there's just something very charming about it as well. It is very open and has just about everything you could possibly imagine from tractor tires to live little chickens to Candy.I was really disappointed to see that they did not sell hot tamales but instead they sold cinnamon bears which are God's worst mistake.However, I was really impressed it just how large and well organized this door was, the staff is very happy and friendly as well and they must get lots of steps in everyday walking all over this giant store.”
“Always polite, helpful staff. Probably will not be going there or ordering as much since they basically killed the reason I really spent my money there. I will miss the sale barn's section ?Horse stuff is crazy expensive, and taking 10$ off, something isn't really a "sale" on such expensive items. Maybe I read or heard wrong ?I spent more money there, just because I was there for the sales, than any other site/business due to that sale barn. ”
