I am not local to Alabama but daughter has recently moved here. When I visited in September she asked some friends where they go and Pinky's was recommended. I visited to have a gel fill on my acrylic nails. They did a fantastic job and were very friendly. I told them I was in town to help my daughter prepare to have her 1st baby. Fast forward to this trip in December, I again visited and one of the staff asked me if my daughter had her baby yet. What??? It was only a mention in September. They again were friendly and did a great job on my nails. It seemed there was a wedding party getting service but they still accommodated me after only a 20 min wait which I was happy to do. As I'll be coming more often to see my grandbaby, this will now definitely be where I come when in Dothan. They do great work but also make you feel seen.

got my nails done barely 2 weeks ago and 2 of them already chipped off and the lady was stingy with the gel polish and it was very streaky.

I have been dealing with a sore toe for weeks after visiting another Dothan salon. The woman who took care of me saw that my toe was sore and she took care of it, I will never be able to thank her enough. My toes are perfect. I was happy that I made an appointment because it did become busy, but I didn't see people waiting long

I got a mani-pedi yesterday morning. woke up at 3:00 this morning in extreme pain. my toe nail is growing into my toe and i can't get it out. it's a shame, up until now i liked them.

Best nail salon I have ever been to!! And I have lived in Atlanta and Birmingham! They honor appointments and you can tell that their clients have been with them for a long time, which is a true testament to their superior customer service!! Thank you!!

My family and I have been going to Pinky Nails for years and really enjoyed most the employees doing a good job. My sister came in from Chicago and wanted to go have mani perks done for both of us so of course, I suggested Pinky Nails. When we got there I got an older Asian lady that never waited on me before she said because my left hand was crippled she couldn't do a manicure. This had never happened before I have had numerous manicures so I told her fine I'd leave. She said, " Oh no, I can do it.". as she was looking at her boss. She cut them so short and irregular and forgot the clear polish. When we got home my sister was furious took a picture went back and complained demanded her money back which they refused! Afterward they circulated rumors about my sister being an unreasonable yankee.

A (male) coworker and I were in town for a work event. After scoping out a few places in Dothan, we decided to go to Pinky’s which was buzzing with clients. The staff was extremely friendly and inviting. The salon was clean and comfortable and the services was top notch. I got both a pedicure and dip manicure which came out great; he got a basic mani/pedi to clean up his neglected man hands and feet. The staff was great about providing some post-visit tips so that his nails and cuticles didn’t look too barbaric next time ?10/10 would recommend for girls and guys alike!Services: Manicure

This was a horrible experience. We had an appointment. And they spent 4 hours on our nails. Absolutely ridiculous to begin with. They were really thick AND crooked!! Not to mention at day 6bthe gel started chipping off and the acrylic began to lift from my nail. Asked for an acrylic overlay she cut all my nails down and then Added tips wth? Not to mention the woman they call mom is very very very rude. They could careless about listening to what you ask for. For me this was an awful experience for $118.00 I will never go back.Services: Nail art

Moved here from Sarasota about 6 months ago and have went to SO many different nail salons trying to find my perfect match. Today was the day!!!! They are so nice, so professional, so attentive, and my nails look amazing! This will definitely be my new home salon.
