Prescription sent in on Saturday, "couldn't be filled" by Sunday late evening before closing hours because they were "just too busy." That's interesting. It's not like you schedule illness so I could know to call it in earlier. I'll remember that.

For the past 4 years I never had a problem, but in the last few months my medicine has been ready to point I have to call them to ask when will it be ready because obviously they're ignoring the refills done on answering service or whatever it's called. Why do I have to call you? Why can't you just have my medicine ready by the next day, but no I have to wait 2 days? I'm changing pharmacy because I've had enough!

The pharmacy allows there pharmacist to jug people by there race and if they don't like you or what to fill your medications they don't have to. I have been filling my medications with them for over a
year. Then cause one of the pharmacist didn't like me she will no longer fill my medications. And I'm not able to get to another pharmacy

Almost always rude, never gave me the correct needles, on multiple occasions yelled out private medical information loud enough others can hear, constantly told me I was wrong about things I was told by my doctor, always questioned my medication. Switching pharmacies asap. Because of them, I have to take my shot two days late because they gave me the wrong kind of needles and I cannot even draw up the medication. Definitely do not recommend these people. Unprofessional.

I swear Publix and Chick-fil-A are neck to neck on extremely polite sales associates. Publix has everything else down to an exact science. When you pull into the parking area, first and foremost it’s immaculate! That shows pride from that wonderful staff. You are greeted with warmth, genuine smile, and made to feel welcome. As you walk to the different aisle, you are approached by Staff, Management, Deli, Seafood, Butcher staff. Just for ONE, to make shopping a enjoyable, assure that you are finding everything you need, or even just to speak. That speaks Volumes! I like to run my mouth, I enjoy conversation, cleanliness and well stocked shelves. May people have told me in the past, “Publix is so expensive”, my response is always the same… you get what ya pay for, Publix is worth every penny! Turkeys at $.48 a pound Turkeys!! And they say too expensive…. I think not!!

I've been using this pharmacy since they open in 2011, they used to have great costumers service but lately every time I need my prescription there seems to always be a problem. They say they are going to fix the problem but every month is the same issue, one time my husband pick up my medicine and they gave him the wrong prescription (I'm glad I always check) another day they gave 90 pills instead of the 30 which they said I can only get 30, today I was supposed to get my prescription and it wasn't ready AGAIN....when I was explaining the problem to the person in charge (her name is Melissa) one of the assistant AMBER was so disrespectful and started laughing about me explaining the problems to Melissa.. I thought she was very disrespectful and I asked for her name and she yelled and said Amber nice to meet you and started laughing again, I don't think that is the way they have to act with costumers. I'm definitely going to change pharmacy (and don't think they will care) I understand they have thousands of people they have to serve but everyone needs to be respect and Amber don't have the right attitude

They were very accommodating for our situation of using a Louisiana based insurance to fill new prescriptions. I was expecting to pay cash (like at urgent care). They actually ran it through first. Walgreens said they couldn't accept it even though we use walgreens in LA. It didn't matter the circumstance. I know walgreens cash prices are high so I didn't bother going any further. Thank you Publix Pharmacy!

This is completely unacceptable. I paid $100 for a cake and it looks like this =[ I have used Publix for my sons birthday cakes for 7 years now but I will be reconsidering for next year.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. One employee in produce went out of her way to get me something from the back, found it and hunted me down.

I just wanted to give a shout out to this amazing store and staff! Being a single mom with a 2 year old and a newborn grocery shopping can be a bit overwhelming and stressful. Every time I come to this location the staff is so kind in helping me find things, unload my groceries, check us out very fast, & help me to the car and unload my groceries into my vehicle. Let me just say this is such a huge blessing to me. After working all day I am exhausted and to get some help like that from these awesome staff members is just so amazing. Publix truly shows great customer service. Keep doing what y'all are doing and thank you

Some foreign entity has taken over the ice cream section. No Black Walnut or other flavors. Everything squeezed out by a brand I have never heard of. The Hain Safflower Mayonnaise is gone. We need a Whole Foods in Dothan. I will start buying more things online.
