The customer service standards in my store in Florida deteriorated, so I assumed that’s just how Publix is now. I came to Alabama and found that my Publix here is still superior to any other supermarket, and I love it. The deli is great, so is the pharmacy, and everyone at check out as well. There’s always someone to pack your groceries and they offer to help you to your car. This is the public I’m used to.

My daughter and I walked in tonight and decided to get a sub for dinner and we was waited on by a lady named Jeanette in the deli/sub counter. While my daughter and I was waiting she called us up to get our order and all we got was impatience and attitude with her first couple of word about the bread, cheese and then mayo and mustard. It turned real quick she ask us if we wanted mayo and mustard and our simple request was mayo on the whole sub and mustard on half. Then my daughter turned to me and said no just put lite mustard on her side because she didn't want to get Ms. Jeanette more irritated (she doesn't like mustard). Ms. Jeanette sorry if you was having a bad day but your coustomer service didn't set well. She made it seem as if we asking to much. All the Publix's we've been in and never had nobody have a attitude like hers. When I say we was turned off and confused to why all the attitude when we came in pleasant and with good vibes and showed no disrespect. She didn't care for us sharing a 12 inch and making each side just a tad bit different. But after we left her line the rest of the shopping was pleasant.

I just moved from Denver, CO, and I'm happy to have found Publix. It's always neat and tidy. I'm happy with nicecproduce selections. Many products are stocked that I use regularly.
