I have had back issues for about 10 years and a torn meniscus for 2 years. Today, at my first class, I was motivated for the first time in all these years. I even noticed some posture techniques I recalled from when I was in physical therapy. I am very pleased that pure barre properly focuses on the core strength of the body. I am so thankful for Pure Barre Dothan! These workouts are very challenging, and definitely helping me to become stronger and more flexible while staying entertained. The best part is the instructors and atmosphere, everyone is so nice!

Give it a try and you will be hooked! Every instructor has been incredibly kind and patient. I am Stronger than I have Been in years by sticking with a Pure Barre routine twice a week. I absolutely Recommend Pire Barre to all my friends!

I am a fitness enthusiast who will take HIIT training every day of the week. I had surgery last year which prevented me from doing this kind of exercise. I tried out Pure Barre knowing it wasn't high impact. Honestly speaking I was worried I wouldn't enjoy it, but I was VERY surprised. It is a totally different kind of work out that really targets muscles you didn't know you had! While I can now workout at my previous fitness level, I choose to continue to do Pure Barre about once a week to keep those accessory muscles toned. Furthermore, the studio itself is conveniently located, clean, and a staff that knows you by name!

I have fallen head over heels (no pun intended) for PB. I love the exercises, the class times, and the atmosphere. If you have never done this type of workout, it may take a little adjustment, but once you understand the movements and see the results, you'll understand why it's so popular. Mary Neal is so great - as are all of the instructors. It's just a very positive, no-judgement environment that's very approachable and uplifting. And I love that you walk in, get the little bit of equipment you need, and you get to work! One hour of low-impact but high intensity WORK. You'll sweat, I promise. Oh, and I love a workout where you don't wear shoes. It's a win/win.

I'm so glad I started taking Pure Barre classes! I was so excited to hear that Dothan was getting a PB studio--long and lean muscle definition is exactly what I was looking for. I saw results in less than 10 classes (I wasn't doing any exercises other than getting on the treadmill before, however). More importantly, I feel a lot stronger now than I did before I started for sure. I remember being so excited when I got thru a 90 second plank!! Mary Neal is awesome and she and all the instructors are super nice, know their stuff and are really encouraging--just so they know, it means a lot to me when they give me a "nice shake" in class, thanks guys!
