On a family trip needing to stop for the restroom. Got some items to purchase and they were starting to clean the restrooms a little after 10:00 p.m. bit of an emergency so ask them to let us go in, but the guy threw the trash bag out and would not. Waited 20 minutes and still neither restroom was open so we had to go to the next stop.

Today June 14 4:20 pm. I experienced the worst racist encounter ever. As the woman behind the counter checked out 3 black individuals she was nice and attentive, as she checked out 2 white customers to include myself she was rude and had a bad attitude. I did not even bother to point out that the bathrooms had no soap, paper towels. The floor is nasty, the counter is nasty . Every time I stop here ( about 4 times a month for the past 3 years) it’s been clean and the 2 older women behind the counter are always nice and makes the experience worth spending my 100.00 dollars on fuel and merchandise worth it. No more . I can find fuel all over Dothan . Sad thing is the management won’t contact me about this situation.
As I thought .. here it is now August and still no one has reached out.

This station had great gas prices, very clean restrooms and a good selection of snacks and drinks. The employees were also very nice and helpful. ( One was very quick to hold my doors open both coming and going as I am disabled) Thank you so much!! We will definitely stop here again.

Quick off and on from Ross Clark circle. Never any waiting with so many pumps. Store was clean this time. Last time it was filled with cigarette smoke and the restrooms were filthy. Service was good. Hopefully a 5 star next time.

Hot deli food was nasty 🤢 very dry under seasoned. Like it had been under the hot lamp since the day prior. The service was ok. They should smile more & greet people. Other then that .... Eh
