Worst red lobster I have ever been to. By far, manager wandering around while limited staff struggles. No rolls no dressing lucky to get anything. At this rate Red Lobster is finished.

I usually dont write reviews but today I had to. Went here today on my birthday and anniversary and the service was awful. I don't know if she was having a bad day but it was not a pleasant experience. We started with the host and ask what they do for birthdays and he said nothing and he didn't know. We sat down and looked at the menu and we decided to go with the unlimited shrimp and the option of a drink and salad or soup for an extra 5$. We went with the soup and when she brought it to us it was cold as heck. She was rude when we asked if we can have a hot soup instead of the cold one and she didn't even tried to get it she put out her hands like we were suppose to hand her the soup plates to her. She
