The worst customer service. They don’t acknowledge you when you enter the bank. They had three tellers helping one lady and didn’t say “someone will be with you.” I waited 10 minutes and left.

I love Regions, BUT this is the absolute WORST branch I have ever visited. You will wait FOREVER each time you go there. It is worth your time and effort to go to another branch.

Never was asked to take a seat while banking inside the bank. Poor customer service.
