They have a problem with having medicines in stock. Waiting 3 weeks for medication is a problem.

Was fine having to wait 2 hours to get a refill of my meds. Then had to wait 30 minutes after that because they had never started them, while everyone else around me could get theirs immediately. They did not answer any of the questions I asked about why it took so long. Their customer service was poor and I heard them have an attitude with every customer that came up while I was there.

This pharmacy has long waits in drive thru and no one wants to help you. My dermatologist sent over a med, I go to pick it up and lady said we don't have it. I asked who else does. She shrugged her shoulders. Okay I'll talk to Dr. get home and find out she cancelled all the medication. Took me 5 days of phone tag to let dr know what Walgreens did due to Christmas break. On Dec 1 picked up new medicine ozempic. one pen was given to me. My insurance called for 3 month supply. I asked girl at window I'm paying 80.00 for one pen. yes. plus the fact she told me medicine had been sitting out on counter instead of in refrigerator when she retrieved it. said should be good. that was December 1. Friday December 29 I took my last shot. looking at pen the plunger was at bottom. I called pharmacy they informed me it was empty. I asked where's rest of my order, Marie said couldn't be renewed cause to early. I didn't want it renewed I wanted my 90 day supply I paid for. Marie said I had the right one. At this point I started cussing, I paid 80.00 for a 90 day supply remind you, I called my mail in pharmacy to switch this to them, they said script called for 90 day. suggested I transfer it to them. Optumrx said have them send over your script. I called Walgreens Marie stated we don't do that. that pharmacy has to call us. I said it's not a pharmacy. it's a mail order provider. Sherry stayed had no information on company,I started to give her my drug card but decided I don't need this aggravation. Marie said again either I took to much med of pen or it was faulty. Marie couldn't do anything. It was my fault she implied. they sold me this crap. they are responsible for prescription. Marie stated I had to call the pens manufacturer . thats not my job, I told her that's your job just as it is to move prescription over to Optumrx. Marie said no. I said the pen is empty. she answered after she saw the pen yes it's empty. you must not had taken med correctly. I'm not sure how that could be. I dialed it to .25 and pen supplied injuection. the pen never went to .5. she insisted I did something wrong. I told her again I followed the instructions you sent me (three weeks after I picked medication up) in mail. i told her she was calling me a liar and implied this was my fault. if you sell a product it's your responsibility to help your customers. I shouldnot have to call manufacturer who will direct me back to Walgreens anyway. With this being New Tear weekend my doctor won't be in office till Tuesday. I left her a message on her email. So this week I will be without new drug. Now I will have to wait a week for this med plus my other 12 meds I have, but I'm not doing business with Walgreens anymore. This is the Second Walgreens that's shorted me meds and over charged me. With my mail order they said 90 day supply would be 40.00 Of ozempic. Walgreens has charged me way more on several meds. I looked at my year end prescription cost, I've spent 1256.00 in medicine at this Walgreens. It's not going to hurt them but I didn't like the way Marie passed the buck, saying this was my fault, along with refusing to help me resolve this.

No customer service. My mother has a terminal illness and has used this pharmacy for years. They routinely have run out of her medications and cannot fill her refills. Today, they left a message stating they are again, out of a medication and to call the pharmacy if she needs it in the near future. She called them and was told to call around and find a pharmacy that has it in stock and tell that pharmacy to call Walgreens. Why can't they do that? They have the prescription.

Surgeon sent a script here because it was close. I had no idea what it was for, but it was for 4 different meds. Went in, and they couldn't find the script. That's not on the pharmacy....however, in the attempt to find my meds, the pharmacy tech proceeds to list off every med I've ever had filled at a Walgreens in earshot of many customers waiting in line. NEVER EVER OK! I was frozen...I couldn't believe what she had done. She then got an attitude when I let her know what she had done was NOT ok.

I search for open pharmacies and Google Ads stufs this one down my throat. Google maps says it's open (currently just after 7am) The Walgreens website says it's open. The sign on the door says it's not. Sure the store is but I need the pharmacy. Thanks Walgreens corporate and Google maps for wasting an hour of my time I could have spent healing or resting. Walgreens used to be good. Google used to "do no evil".
