I can’t say enough good things about Roadmart in Dothan! I stopped at Dothan Toyota with my 2024 Tundra (just over 20,000 miles) because of a flat tire. I figured they might be able to patch it, but instead I got the runaround and was told the hole was too big to repair.
Frustrated, I drove just down the street to Roadmart, and the difference was night and day. The folks there helped me out right away, no hassle. They quickly looked at my tire, gave me honest options, and even offered me a way better price for a brand-new replacement than what I was expecting. Their customer service was fast, professional, and straightforward.
If you need tire work in Dothan, skip the headache and head straight to Roadmart. They truly care about their customers and will take care of you. Highly recommended!

I needed to have one each coil pack and spark plug changed. These are located at a difficult location and despite this the completes the work in less than 30 min. Great job.

I had 4 new Sumitomo AT2’s installed on my 20’ Ram 1500. Tyler had it in the shop 10 minutes after I arrived and it was out in about an hour. Extremely happy with his and the shops service. Highly recommend for price, speed of installation professional customer service.

I have had the pleasure of doing business here multiple times from new tire purchases to oil changes and tire rotations .
Recently purchased second set of tires from Tyler the Manager at 2606 Ross Clark Cir, Dothan, AL 36301 location . We were going to Melbourne Florida to Purchase a vehicle for my 15 year old daughter.
Tyler while putting on new brake pads informed us of some excessive wear in rotors and actually found a caliper that was bad . After agreeing on these items Tyler went to work and had new brakes and replaced worn brake parts installed in a timely manner.
This young man was very Professional and Very Respectful and has great communication skills .
After discussing the service on the vehicle for my daughter and listening to what he knew to be factory maintenance and scheduling, we will be bringing him this vehicle as well for service.
I would and will recommend Him and RoadMart to all family and friends.

Our daughter had a issue with her car, and was told it was probably her alternator. We took it to Road Mart in Dothan. Dillon was wonderful. My husband sat and waited while they worked on it. Come to find out it was just her battery. I don't know about you, but honesty is something we haven't found until now recently. Dillon could've easily taken us for hundreds of dollars and he didn't. My husband is a disabled Vet, and this place has our business now. Thank You so much for being an honest business!

Was great first couple times.last 2 not so good.went in yesterday cause I needed leaking tire fixed and oil change estimate for fixing a.c.. They aired up tire didn't fix it .i
told them tire was down to 10 lbs .had to add air to get there. Brought out my car after oil change no charge to fix tire 800 to fix a.c .I ask to recheck as it has a leak man at desk went out spoke to them and they would not fix tire sent me on my way.tires flat again this morning..thanks alot southside.you sure know how to treat some people good,but not me.. I won't be using you or your chargeaccount again.ill pay that 800 a.c repair to someone else.

Don’t recommend if you’re in a rush, we got there at 7:05, right after they opened, they were a little busy but the guy at the desk told us 30 mins. We had been waiting until abt 7:45 and we really needed to go, we looked to see what they were doing and abt how long maybe we’d be there, when we looked, there were 3 techs just sitting in the back doing nothing while there were cars to be worked on and people waiting. Again if you’re in a rush I do NOT recommend this place.

I had a very bad experience with them ?. I told the man in the Front to check my car beacuse i was hearing a scratching and wanted to know what was the problem.I waited almost 2 hours, he came and told me that the only problem was just to change the Patel brakes and the air filter and a oil change, I asked him again if that was the only problem he said yes so i waited another hour and a half. I got my car back and two days later I kept hearing a the same thing and I call them if they could see it again because i paid almost $700 and it did not make sense to me so he told me to bring it back again and I did I wait like 40 min and he came out telling me that there were two other problems with it and that I would have to pay another $700. I was like it been two days and it now has two other problems, and I told him no thanks because I told u to check everything in my car and u only came with three problems that day and two days later telling me that it has another two problem with it. The point is they won't fix the problem they just do the easy part and expect you to come back and leave more money for them. I would never go back and I won't trust them even if your a girl and go alone. If I could would leave 0 star.

Took my car in for a diagnostic testing. Found out the problem and was told a price and told them to go ahead and begin working on it. The guy at the front desk then informs me that they can’t do it today I’d have to bring it back on the next business day. They agreed to begin working on it but then just backed out. I took it to someone else and they had no issue.

I've been dealing with them for years & I've never had problems with them. Always satisfied with workmanship, prices, & service!
Update:
I used to love Roadmart. We used to bring our vehicles here only. However they're not the same quality they used to be. We recently brought our vehicle back for them to do some work. They lost the snaps holding the plastic covering over the engine, and then replaced them with zip ties. We heard jingling under the hood right after driving off. Turns out the mechanic forgot to tighten the pulley & it was the washer rattling. We spent over $1400 for repairs only to find out that they in fact did not repair the main problem. We're a few months out and we're back to the same problem we had. The belt was also replaced. Yet the belt started to fray only a month after.
We used to recommend them to people, now we recommend that people look elsewhere
