First time I've ever been in a Sephora honestly lol. My daughter wanted to get more of the perfume she likes with her Christmas money. Due to it being AFTER the holidays, and thanks to TikTok and the little girls who clearly aren't parented, the store was sort of wrecked and out of everything I'd planned on looking for. Honestly no big deal because my daughter purchased her perfume. Kayla, I THINK that was her name was absolutely so sweet and kind and helped us try to find what we needed!!! We'll definitely be back!

First time in Sephora at Kohls. I was hoping someone would assist me with finding products (I couldn't remember a lipstick brand I liked from there a few years ago) but instead someone who looked like a manager pointed me out to staff and had them follow me. Not one of the several employees greeted me or offered to help, even though it was very obvious I was waiting for their help. They just followed me until I left. Good customer service can also decrease theft, while actually helping the customer.

For example location — If you buy a product in Destin Fl Sephora and you are not satisfied wanting to return to our Sephora Kohls Dothan Al location — you cannot return it here! They will not except it even with a receipt this is not a “flagship”Sephora. Kohls Basically rents the name and buys merchandise from Sephora. People that work here are fantastic they are just as helpful as you could ask for. Just be mindful of out of town purchase - you cannot return here:(
