Horrible experience. I will never own or recommend a sleep number bed again. My side of the bed has been going flat multiple times per night for a long time. We replaced the air chamber at our own cost but that did not fix the problem. Technician was scheduled to come out and canceled on the scheduled date after I took off work to be home. We were told by the salesman it had a lifetime warranty only to find out it wasn’t true and we had to pay over $300 to replace the air chamber when that wasn’t the issue. I have back and body aches from this bed. We paid nearly $10,000 for this bed and every accessory to go with it and it is the worst purchase we have ever made. Please don’t make the same mistake we made. After not owning this expensive bed nearly long enough to have all these problems we are finally replacing it so maybe I can get some comfortable sleep.

The staff was very professional, but the Company needs to get the computer systems upgraded. The system had latency that mad it difficult to get the purchase in. The Box store was great, but he Main Company needs to do better for their sales staff. It would have been much easier to order online myself, but want to keep the local stores in business. Corporate help your sales staff...

A clean and quiet store. Both associates were friendly. Kasey (spelling may be off) was very helpful and allowed me to take my time choosing the right pillows. Very nice customer experience.

I was greeted immediately with a friendly smile from Rosemarie and was pleasantly surprised to have someone so knowledgeable about the types of beds they offer - most places I have recently been to just said hello and acted as though they didn’t care if they earned my business or not. Although, I am still undecided by which Sleep Number I will be purchasing - I did purchase a set of sheets and they are amazing - will definitely purchase my bed and more sheet sets very soon!

The sales ladies were great however; the mattress once we got it was absolutely terrible. We slept on it for 4 nights and we were miserable! Everything hurt! We called to return it and was told it would be 3 weeks before they could pick it up and we were still required to pay a $250 pick up fee along with the first month payment totaling $500! Do not buy this mattress, it’s a waste of your time and money! Absolutely horrible! Beware!
