The store was clean, staff was dressed presentable name badges, i was told they would be with me in a moment. My goal was just to pay my Internet bill which their website would not accept my payment but have every other time years. The wait time wasn't too satisfactory. One employee completely disappeared as soon as I got inside. I heard the agent ask the customer to call Verizon in one line. She stayed there at the desk and after searching her phone asked is it faster to chat looking lost step to the side lady and agent direct and lead service experience but smiling and encourage her you are with her but can knock out this payment. The other young man helped a women purchase a phone and when I thought i was next I observed he is now gonna open up the new phone to transfer service. Long processes. The other young lady sat at the table looking unproductive not engaging with me or the lady across from her. After 30+ minutes a young man finally assisted in what took 3 minutes tops. What I observed was no one could come over to ask what i need help with so it would have been obvious to get a customer in and out for something like a quick payment a 3 min transaction in lieu of 30+ min of me waiting without direction. The customer experience failed. I am a patient woman but i felt ignored and because I trained customer service agents I felt their was opportunity for a agent to take lead and ask to be excused to ask me the service I needed so i felt as if I was seen to be told early on a moment passed check back in or at all with what i needed. No difference from a hold line on a call when the cs agent say ill be back in 2-3 min and they come back in that time. The check in showed 8 names but it wasnt 8 people in their so i had no direction or sense of how long I needed to wait. Im sure if i just said loudly can someone just take my quick payment and expose myself what im there for being im the one standing 30+ mins for a less then 3+ service I may have been out faster. The store can definitely get us in and out for payment but asking walk in what services were here for and provide direction ex. John will be available first, clear the check in, walk in or not, and say who will take care of u. In regards to both customers who they are currently helping and the walk in or check in, say ill take her/him /they/them next so we know you almost done & the customer u are helping knows also. I was watching 4 employees 5 in the beginning but one disappeared as soon as i got inside. So no 5 stars room for growth and taking the lead i understand holding customers in store they look around shop but i felt held hostage after 30+mins for a less then 3 minutes visit. Training is needed and i truely hope my suggestions are used to help customers experience in Dothan. First visit to make payment not interested in revisiting hope the site get back to normal i wont need to visit at all.

Horrible customer service. Do not bother calling these people it goes to a robot. Even if you try to talk to the robot there is no way to ever call the store.

I had to cancel my service with them. First, internet was breaking more than five times a day. Then, each month I was receiving higher and higher bills. Then, there were complete outages of internet for hours at a time especially at night. But, the final straw was that internet was getting slower and slower, things were buffering and buffering, so I checked the internet speed which was in the range of few megabytes. I learned by reading on the internet that Spectrum does so called "throttling" to its customers which means slowing their service without telling them. Spectrum is the worst internet provider I have ever had. Oh, ok, one more flower you might experience in the "garden of Spectrum". If you cancel your subscription one day after billing date, you still will have to pay them for the whole month. They do not prorate, so you have to pay them anyway even without receiving services. Nice isn't it? How is that even legal?

Increased payment for March 2024 without informing me. Then CHARGED my account for April 2024 because I canceled three days into the service period. One would do better to get a better service provider (provided you are not stuck in a Spectrum only area!)Lesson learned!

The internet ,Xumo is horrific. I purchased Spectrum in November. I've been calling them nearly every other day about issues. Mainly the internet. I couldn't enjoy the Superbowl because of that. I'll find a better service!!
