When I first signed my lease at Summertree, I signed an 18 month lease, not knowing if I would like management or the area. I took a chance and prayed that the 2 I would love. Well here I am about to sign my lease for another year. I love the management team and I definitely love the quietness that the area and the complex has to offer. Would I recommend living here...absolutely!!

I have been here since I first moved to Dothan six years ago and all six I have spent right here. I love the area and the friendly community. I feel so safe and secure with my family. The staff is friendly and very cooperative and understanding. And interactive with the community by providing lots of activities.

9-13-23, here is another great review! Love, love Summertree!!! They are the best and have been so good with helping me with whatever I need. I have been here now going on almost 2 years this December and so love my beautiful home and neighbors. Thank you so much and highly recommended!!!.I am adding onto my older post as I now have been a very happy resident at Summertree now for 14 months as of 2 days ago, 2-6-23. Love Summertree and their helpful, kind staff. You guys are the best. Thank you again!! Highly recommended!!I love Summertree apartments and the staff! I am a new resident and love my new home!! The help provided to me with the moving process by the staff has been phenomenal!! Thank you very much Summertree for providing outstanding services and a wonderful new home! You all are number 1!!!Very happy resident! The staff here again have been great helping me recently with Maintenance issues to any other questions and concerns that I may have. They make me feel like I am truly at home and I appreciate that very much. I plan to be a long term resident with Summer Tree as long as they will have me. Highly recommend, Maegan & Alison are both amazing people and are always super quick to answer any questions you may have or to help you when you need something in general. Very friendly/quiet neighborhood.

This is a great place to live with friendly staff. Occasionally they bring out local food trucks for the residents and their family to enjoy dinner.

I can’t thank Ms. Fuller enough! She showed me the property and everything was more than I expected. The apartments were beautiful and very clean! She let me view a couple different units and she was so accommodating. It was a pleasure to walk the property with her and I’m so excited to move into my new apartment soon! The whole experience was a pleasure.

I would like to take a moment to thank the staff at Summer Tree apartments in Dothan. Everyone is always kind and helpful. The maintenance employees go above and beyond with making sure requests are addressed in a timely manner. Also, the lawn care is always top notch. It is a blessing to not have to worry with maintaining a lawn since I am unable to do so due to health concerns. Updates are being made to the apartment complex and this process has been communicated to residents. I am fortunate to live in a place that values their tenants. Summer Tree Apartments is a great place to live.
