Paid $25 in pre paid gas this morning. Pumped gas like normal it stopped at $25 when I got down the road I noticed I got no gas. Brand new truck ain’t gonna lie on the tank! I tried to call nobody answered so what I’m going to do is chalk it up as a loss, report issue to corporate and discontinue all business with Chevron. You are now considered a thief in my eyes till you make it right!

Kid won’t sell you products for the price that’s on the price tag. Hell, he can barely speak English

Don’t go here!! I just spoke with the employee asking why the advertised gas price is $2.49 in multiple places but they are charging $2.55 per gallon for unleaded!! They are knowingly charging and scamming, doesn’t seem like much but it adds up. Employee explained they got new gas a couple days ago so it changes the price but they won’t change the advertised price!!

Worst possible service. These individuals do not deserve a place of business. They dont even possess common decency nor courtesy. The negativity that is spread throughout this establishment is appalling. Go across the street to Velocity it's well worth it and 15 cents less per gallon too. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!

Poor customer service, although irritating, remains tolerable. Harassment, however, crosses a very identifiable line. When the owner makes a grown man break down in tears, something must be done. This business is ran with absolutely zero regards to business ethics. The store owner sold me a defective gas can and refused to exchange it or return it an hour and a half after purchase and after gasoline leaked all over my car. With no empathy or attempt to provide me with information to contact the manufacturer, the "man" continued to attack my intelligence and belittle me. He then recruited another customer to pick up to continue the harassment and began to wave the nearly empty gas canister in my face shouting at me and humiliating me. Never in my life have I cried in public, let alone because of a situation induced by the owner and manager of a local store. He asked me to leave the store and to call the Dothan police. As a current medical student and future physician, I vow to never treat a human being the way I was this afternoon. But that isn't enough, I will stop this man from ever treating a customer this was again. Texaco has been contacted and I am going to be in touch with regional management. I was targeted, humiliated, and was not treated like a human. We deserve better than this. I urge you to avoid this prejudiced business, even if you run out of gas. Our dollars are too hard earned to spend them somewhere that doesn't see us all as human.

Usually I have the highest respect for texaco products, but this once blew me away. Sept. 19th about 12:30 a.m. I pulled in to fill up my 2000 fxstd Harley Davidson with hitest. Nine dollars and some change later I was heading home. I got about 3-4 miles when my motor sputtered and died. I pulled over knowing it wasnt an electrical problem. I took it out of gear and tried starting it again. It started and I pulled off making about 50 yds and it died again. Every time it would start but not go a hundred yds. before it died again. After about 6 starts I pulled into the Brannion Stand Shell wondering what the hel was going on. I took off my gas cap stuck my finger in the hole and what I pulled out didnt even smell like gas. I was stuck in the station for almost three hours waiting for help. I eventually drained the gas out of the full tank and replaced it with Shell hi test. Today I went by the station to alert them of my experience and the dude behind the counter said it couldn't be their texaco gas because it is tested every month. Long and short of it, he refused to give me back my money or offer any compensation for my troubles. Caveat Emptor!!
