The cashier was extremely rude and snatched the drink and would not ring it up. We will never go to this store ever again. Just because I did not see the out of order sign on the icee machine that was actually working and she told me that I could not buy it even though I got a full cup of the icee. I had to throw it away. I got another drink and I told her that I did not even see the sign and she did not even say a word and she proceeded to be rude snatched my drink and said I’m not ringing you up and my husband came up and asked what was going on. She told him that I got a drink where her manager put an out of order sign on. Now, true, the machine may have been out of earlier but it was working fine and I was willing to buy but she was so very very nasty and rude and not only lost a sale but 2 plus more customers cause we are going to tell everyone we know.

EMPLOYEE NAME: Shuna
Me and my friend went in to buy Gatorade drinks 2 for $5 deal, and to wash our hands around 10:40. An employee named Shuna said we had 5 minutes because she locks the doors at 10:45. Two other customers came in later on after us and she didn't say anything to them about closing. Possible racism because me and my friend are white while these two other customers were black. Checked my receipt afterwards and notice she overcharged as well.
Of my years of going into gas stations, I've never heard of no business trying to lock doors before actual closing time which is 11:00 p.m. in this scenario. So I questioned her about that in a polite manner. She told me that's what corporate told her. I then told her I have never heard of that before, so she rudely cut me off and stopped answering my questions when I was trying to figure out what was going on. Conversation ended in a debate as we were walking out the store cursing at each other which I do apologize on my end.
Me and my friend both feel like she simply just preferred not to serve us and we feel mistreated. She was rude and all she wanted to do was get off of work early it seemed. That's unacceptable. The place closes at 11:00 p.m. not 10:45 p.m. very unprofessional employee.
We should report her to corporate.

Could be a little nicer. The customer service was excellent so either upgrade your store and give your employees a raise or struggle to keep good work. Just saying and these are my words I'm not friends nor affiliated at all.
