“Went there to have a trailer hitch installed $128.00 when I got ready for my trip had no lights. Went back to have it checked was gonna have to come back the following week , they suggested I go to Truck Outfitter which they was backed up. Went to a Auto repair shop was told that first of all it was installed incorrectly that there was no need for all the wires that my vehicle has a pigtail built in all the tech had to do was plug it in. The tech showed me where it's located that I was over charged and it wasn't done correctly. Went back to Uhaul again with it still under warranty they want me to go to Truck Outfitter. Which they said I had to pay to have it fixed informed Uhaul of this they checked my warranty and was told it would be a week cause they was backed 3”
“Roger is amazing! We were in a big hurry and he did waaay more than expected, even switching our rental at the last minute. If you’re in the Dothan area, it’s worth a short drive to go see Roger at this location.”

“Fixed the issue. But... Called ahead they didn't listen. Dragged their feet diagnosing exactly what I told them, by that time it was too late to get the part. Fixed it by noon the next day. Left with the truck and new alternator oonstalled. Apparently tripped a fuse. Had no power to the dash. Over the phone they were clueless as to what could possibly have happened..... Husband Fixed himself with Google. Not wasting another 2 days for them to diagnose etc. Nice guys. Turtle speed.”
