NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I would give this place zero stars if I could. Don’t believe a SINGLE WORD that comes out of the owner TIM FLOYD’S mouth. It’s a Ponzi scheme. One of the body shop guys told me that they couldn’t finish my 2021 Camry that I hit a deer and had minor front end damage until someone else came in with a wrecked vehicle so their payment would finish my car. I asked where was the $9000 that Geico paid? He said it was spent on the car ahead of me. It was supposed to be 3 weeks to repair my Camry, it took 5 months. And it would still be there if I hadn’t gone to the shop every day and raised hell every day for the last 3 weeks that they had it.

Horrific to deal with--has had the car almost a year, cashed insurance check, blames his lack of competence on his medical issues and employees. DO NOT use this place unless you want to out yourself THOUSANDS!!!!!

Steer clear of this business. They kept my car for almost a year until the insurance company stepped in. This was supposed to be a 3 week job. They have 1 painter and 1 body guy with a backlog of 20 plus cars. They appear to do good work but they have trouble finishing things. Very nice people but they don’t have the resources to finish work in a timely manner.

Wouldn't give me my car back because he wanted $9000 for fixing a radiator and air conditioner. Gave him $5000 and he said I can pay the rest when he finish but thinks it's OK to change it. He at first wanted the rest $1500 to pay his workers now its the $9000 he was told I received 3 months ago. I let him have the car. It's not that serious. God got me. Carma is what's waiting on him. You can't curse what is blessed.

Excellent service, timing, and workmanship! Dropped my car off on a Monday, insurance guy came Wednesday, and the car was ready the following Friday. Super impressed with how quickly they got it done. Not to mention my car looks brand new and you’d never know there was an accident. Hopefully won’t need to, but would use them again if I had to!
