I was on this side of town due to another appointment.
Walked in was greeted. Stated I wanted a pedicure and then was sent to the back, no chair just standing there.
Stood there in the back of the salon for what felt like 5 mins and no one said a thing. While two techs casually chatted, both making eye contact with me.
Finally one comes over and tells me to choose a seat.
How do I know which ones are clean vs dirty?
Paid $51 for a gel pedicure - never asked which service I wanted, I usually add on things to my pedicure.

Went to tippy toes (for the first time) to get the most BASIC pedicure. The guy started digging out my ingrown toenail which I was having no issues, pain, tenderness, etc. with AT ALL. I am now on day 7 dealing with an infection in my big toe. I can barely even walk on it. No topical treatments have worked so I am now having to take oral antibiotics. Not sure if the tools were sanitized properly or if the guy didn’t know what he was doing. This is a job for a podiatrist, not a nail tech! Not to mention I paid $58 for this pedicure- such a scam! I will never be returning here. Save your money and do not go to this place.

They were able to fit me in right away on a Saturday afternoon. I just had gel removed and gel applied. Cut my nails unevenly and made my nails really thin. The place is clean and the polish was done well.

I quit going cause the price was always different. Always had to wait an extended amount of time and the polish would come of within about a week

My daughter had her nails done for a dance last Friday. She woke up this morning with 2 infected fingers. On way to MD for some antibiotics. Beware of this place.

My usual pedicure place was closed today. So I had called Tippy toes before coming in, to ask pricing on a basic pedicure. I was quoted $25 by a man over the phone.I came on in, and was seated within 5 min. It was just a basic pedicure. Which I expected. No scrub on my legs, no massage to feet or legs. The lady did take her time grooming my cuticles. But rushed filing my heels and feet w pumice stone. I’ll smooth them out when I get home. She did bring out hot stones and warm towels after the lotion. I’m ok w the paint job. It’ll get me by until next month.Upon paying I was told my total was $35. I asked what the $10 up charge was bc I had called, and was quoted $25. Another lady came over, frustrated and said it’s $35. Then pulled out a menu of services, That did say $35. This was the first time I saw the book/menu. And it’s not in plain site or posted. I explained I will pay the $35. But suggested that all employees must be made aware of the pricing for future reference. The lady took my card out of my hand and continued to the register.I’m mainly displeased bc I have had a better pedicure at the same price point.I wouldn’t recommend to a friend, and I don’t plan on coming back.

Went to this nail salon for the first time after visiting a few others and 100% will return. Lynn's application of the dip powder is unmatched. She was so gentle and they look so good! Not to mention I love going to a relaxing salon with people that don't talk too much (this is a personal preference because I enjoy listening to audiobooks).
