I understand that I'm not a builder that15 houses a month, But what I do know is that my 5000 ft² house can't even get a quote for supplies so I guess I take my order somewhere else. Extremely disappointed was told that this quote would not take very long and I called several times to follow up to make sure that this quote was gonna be done and I keep getting oh it's coming. Thanks for wasting my time.

I contacted them about the bottom half of a window that had broken after ten years of use. Not only did they get a replacement from the manufacturer but they managed to get it covered by the manufacturers warranty. After TEN years! In other words exceptional service. Thank you.
