I ordered a 2017 TRD Pro grille from Toyota of Dothan during their 25% off sale with free shipping. After two full weeks of silence and no shipping confirmation, I reached out, only then was I told the item wasn’t in stock and that no other Toyota dealer had it. No one bothered to contact me before I followed up, and by that point, the sale had already ended. I asked if I could swap to a 2019+ grille or at least receive the same 25% discount since the issue was entirely on their end, but they refused both requests. Two weeks wasted, zero communication, and no effort to make things right, just a refund. Poor customer service and even poorer communication.

My experience was very pleasant. Caleb was very knowledgeable. showed me all the features that I needed to know about the car took time out with me to listen to me and help guided me in the right directions. Salesman was a very a big help, he was knowledgeable and nice. We were told one thing agreed to deal, took off work to come do deal but when we got in finance office interest rate was higher. We were very displeased but did deal for longer months. The finance officer left office and was yelling which we thought was very unprofessional and came back in before we left and ask us to give all 5’s on survey and i told him it would be very hard for me to do that but we would like to reiterate that the salesman was very helpful and we believe he is a asset to the company

Jennifer is one of the best in service. I messed up my online order for tires. I had my appointment time mixed up. They had every reason to just make me wait. Jennifer and the team at Toyota of Dothan made sure I had new tires for the trip I needed to make. Thank you Jennifer and ToD!
