My son-in-law uses the pharmacy and the doctors there. We stopped to pick up his prescription and it was not ready so he went back and picked it up. He likes them and says that they do a really good job.

Roshunda the pharmacy tech GOES OVER AND BEYOND TO GIVE THE ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! WHAT A GREAT EMPLOYEE!!!! I SWITCHED ALL OF MY MOTHER MEDS OVER TO TRI STATE PHARMACY AND IT HAS BEEN SO MUCH BETTER FOR US!!! THANKS TO ROSHUNDA. YOU ROCK!!! BLESSINGS TO YOU.

Wonderful service. Jamie always tries to help with prescription cards to help pay for some of my medication, she is very friendly and a joy to see when I pick up my medication.

Tristate Community Pharmacy is my ONLY go-to. Zei and Jamie always go above and beyond to get prescriptions filled in a timely manner. I even get a text message when they are ready. Not to mention, they called me on my birthday to wish me a happy one. Overall 10/10 I would recommend Tristate to everyone.

I called them to fill a prescription and told them that I would need it tomorrow they said that was fine. The next day I called to fill it and somehow all of the sudden they were out of stock wouldn’t have it in for “quite a while” and they didn’t care enough to check if they had it when I first called so that I wouldn’t run into this problem. They had known when I would need this medication literally 3 weeks prior. Now I’m out of medication and the doctors office is closed for the weekend. I have narcolepsy. This means I can’t even drive until I can get my doctor to send the prescription elsewhere. DO NOT USE THEM. The website makes them appear like it’s a hometown pharmacy and they do compounding and all of that but they do not. This is a tiny pharmacy located almost connected to this clinic of some sort. Also I noticed that some of their reviews were done by employees themselves.

Best Pharmacy around! The staff is always so nice and knowledgeable and on top of that there's very minimal wait time. Especially when compared to the big Pharmacys. Love em at Tri State!!

I just wanted to share my experience at Tristate Pharmacy. I started seeing one of the Doctor's in the clinic and found it convenient for me to get my Rx here. The first time I came in, the staff was so kind & friendly so I decided to transfer my Rx's from my local pharmacy. I am so glad I did. Now let me say a few things about Roshunda that's what I call her. She is the kindest, smartest, professional pharmacy technician I have been around. She always greets me by my lasts name & has my Rx ready. Zee the Pharmacist is awesome too. She is always helpful in answering questions that I have. I am thankful that Tristate is my new pharmacy.

The staff is very friendly they great you like your family the service is fast and efficient Bin is a very helpful pharmacist he always available to answer questions Zhy is very knowledgeable also let's not forget about Jamie she an amazing she always going above for the customers. They have a new employee named Ro she very sweet with a spunky personality she definitely a great addition to this pharmacy.
