I came in to fix a simple problem to due with my SIM card. I was assisted by Mike who was helpful we got everything we needed to proceed with fixing the phone covered i then left to follow up with that and came back and was assisted by a different person who’s name was not mentioned. I arrived at 9:45 and was still not able to fix my phone at that location it had been 3 hours of run around. after leaving and coming back twice to get things they asked solved, only to be told they could not help me. I left and went to the other location and was helped within 10 minutes of being there phone fixed and all. Staff at Location A was very rude and on their phones instead of helping customers. Inappropriate conversations and bad attitudes, very unhelpful.

Did not wait long for assistance. Had to purchase a new phone. The lady was helpful, but I feel she could have assistated a little more than she did.

I went in to upgrade my phone. The shop traffic was fairly steady. I was helped in a timely manner. My associate Maya was extremely helpful, professional, and patient. She made this process absolutely effortless. (I hope I get here again if I ever go back! I can not say enough on how amazing she was!) This has probably been my 4th or 5th visit to this store, and it was hands down the best visit!

I was frustrated and at my wits end when I walked in, but she knew exactly how to remedy my iCloud issue!Didi was more than happy to help and I will always recommend this location to others. Employees are great, the atmosphere is nice, and the only downfall is wait time to get seen even with an appointment. Though it is understandably busy quite often, other than that, it is a good place.

Came in for a trade in/upgrade, Phillip helped me. I just feel like I could have done it all myself. My Verizon app had everything ready, he went to the back and brought out the phone in a bag and said to use the SmartSwitch app to move over my info... literally what are the stores there for if I do all the work?? Also, they send a box for the trade in, I don't even have to go back to the store.

Last year I reopened my account for a cell phone with Verizon. Three months ago, the phone they sold me stopped working. But they did manage to get me a replacement.This month the replacement just stopped working. This time I was on an extended trip with my travel trailer. I located a Verizone store. They attempted to fix it. But, could not.Then they attempted to sale me another line and phone. You understand how that went. I decided to wait until I returned to Dothan.Dec. 4, 2023, I showed up at the store 9 am to get the phone fixed, or the problem solved. The internet stated they opened at 9 am. They did not open the door until 10 am. We enjoyed waiting in the rain.The nice gentleman listened to my woes and again tried to sell me another line, and another phone. You know how this went.I outlined what I required, a replacement phone, of a more reliable brand. He asured me this would happened. He handed me a phone number and led me to believe it was a Verizon number. He stated I was to call them.No phone, so I had to find a phone to call. It was their insurance company that asked for a fee to send me a new phone.By now you see the trend.I wasted the rest of the morning trying to get anyone on the Verizone's toll free to even talk to me.On an outside chance, I open a chat line to Verizon sales. Finally, I got a salesperson who was very sorry at my problem. When I told her how I was treated at the local office, she put me through to a chat line for customer service.This was when I found that someone had reordered the same style phone that was to be delivered Monday from Verizon.My conclusion is that Verizone only wants your money. They have no intention of standing by their products and no intentions or working with customers.At this point, I am writing a letter to the Alabama Adjutant General's office with a complaint about the way I was treated.They have not only failed to live up to their words, but have also, flat lied to me.This should be put out to all to see.The warning here is very clear. If you are going to do business with Verizon, after all their hype, they are only out for more of your money.There are other companies out there. Try them before you go to Verizone.

Always opens late, standing in line on Saturday morning. They say opens at9:00 am its 9:20. Get here on time.

Went into the store and as I was signing in, the lady asked what I needed help with. Once I told her, she told me I there would be nothing they could do to help me, that basically all my stuff would be a loss. I left and immediately went to the other Verizon store, TCC, told them my issue the exact same way, and they not only found me a solution, but also helped me get it all fixed up. The “main” Verizon store has been like this the last few times I have been in, which is why I would definitely recommend the “other” Verizon store in town, TCC.

We got our phones from Verizon October 30th and after several trips to the Verizon store and multiple calls to Verizon none of our devices are working, we are still locked out of our devices

Terrible customer service and complete lack of product knowledge. They rush as fast as they can to get u in and out the door with as little help given as possible and as much money from u as possible. The gm is the worst. Throw the whole location away and start from scratch with a whole new set of management and associates.Msg to “owner” please don’t waste time in responding, any response given is scripted and not in the least bit sincere! If u do take it upon yourself to respond please kindly provide a phone number or email to management on a corporate level so I can address my concerns and experience in full detail.
