Love this Walgreens ! I highly recommend. They always greet me and help me when I go here. The pharmacy is awesome and they always get my prescriptions refilled on time . Everyone here is sweet and patient when I go.

I've been dealing with them for years š But yesterday 2/17/2025 3 prescriptions sent to you guys at 10 am, For shingles. called to check on it.,still was saying working on .at 6 something I sent my grandson to pick it up,he came back with only 2 . Wasn't told anything about the 3rd one. I called back up there before 7pm to find out about the 3rd one. Someone picked up,but then hung up. So I called this morning to see what's the hold up . I'm in pain, burning pain can't sit , My Thigh and buttocks is infected. Told the technician who answered the phone told me my insurance won't pay for it. Why it wasn't told to me or grandson yesterday when he pick it up . But I was told it was an OTC. I could've sent him to pick it up for me. Now I'm home in pain and no one to drive for me to pick up this cream for me.I asked could they deliver it to me like they did before. Was told to go on line ti get Uber to pick it up. Can't afford Uber and pay for My Medicine. Walgreens technicians Needs to have better communication with customers. Highly upset š” right now, not to mention the pain.

Pull into the drive through at 1320 behind 1 car. Car ahead of me is done at 1330 on the nose, probably delayed the transaction. Pulls blind down In my face as i stop my truck. Closed for lunch. No cars behind me. Letter of the law, I have no reason to be mad bc it's posted they close at 1330 for a meal break. Spirt of the law this place is a joke. My opinion 1 star.

Went in today for Covid testing that I scheduled online, they told me their test are expired so theyāre not doing testing right now SMH wanted a refill for my daughter allergy meds I get an email a couple hours later they are out of the medication. Customer service was ok though despite all that.

4 out of 5 visits to the pharmacy is a train wreck. Have to make 3 trips to get all my order filled. Yesterday was the final straw when they told me my insurance denied my prescription and told me it would be $550. Which didnāt make sense since my son had been on it for 2 years. I called the insurance company and was told they never even tried. To file it. They just āassumedā because it was written for 90 days they wouldnāt pay. Well they will not pay for 90 days but guess what, and common sense isnāt common nowadays I realize but you can run it for 30 days and they will pay it. So my $550 bill went to $2. I donāt have time enough in my day to do their job and keep having to beg for all of my families meds. Peace out Iām moving on.

I have been using this store for years to get my medication. Whoever is currently doing the hiring may need to consider a different position. I have to use savings cards every time bc my meds aren't covered. Every time I come in the ladies know I use a diff card even if it's with the same company. Which I explained to the young girl with the nose ring. She insisted it was the same number she had and it wasn't costing me double. It would have been $66 for the whole and I paid $25 for 10 pills bc they had to do a partial fill. The ladies have always been helpful but this girl had better things to do than help me save $60. She "knew more" than I did.

Not accountable: Initially went there with my prescription they told to come back after 1.5 hours. I specifically told to check if the medicine available, they acknowledged that they have stock. When I go back to pickup, they told that they don't have stock and suggest to go another pharmacy. When initially go there, I told that I will go for vacation to night and I went there 2 hour before of closing time. They simply said sorry and they can't fulfill my service. Very disappointing that they try to pass this issue to another pharmacy. Clear sign of poor customer service!!! I recommend to go there if you really don't have another option.

Kyle in the Pharmacy went the extra, extra mile to find the medication my Dad needed especially when he could have been getting ready to go home on a Friday evening. He could have just said, "Sorry, we don't have what you need. Try somewhere else." Instead, he called every where to find the correct dosage. AND I MEAN EVERYWHERE. He, then called the UAB ER doctor to see if he could prescribe an alternative dosage. As he patiently waited for the call to be returned, he assisted other customers with grace. We got the call back with the results my Dad needed (God is good!)! Kyle and his crew put the prescription together and sent me on my merry way! I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my Dad's needs. In a time of short staffed business, short-fused customers, long hours, and very needy people, Kyle and the staff at 231 Montgomery Highway Walgreens pushed through with kindness and patience.

The pharmacist, Kyle ?, is the most rude individual I have ever came in contact with. The store manager, John, must be afraid of him because he lets him talk to people crazy. I just got off the phone with corporate and told them the same thing, but if you just go stand in line and listen how he talks to EVERY customer, you would be shocked. Like this guy is so rude, you just know he talks to his own mother that way. And lord help if he has a spouse.

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE. I get emails saying my meds are ready...go there. no one knows anything and NOPE not ready. This has been happening for about 6 months now. IM Constantly OUT of my meds. PHARMACY SAYs If I'm not happy, Go somewhere else. ok no problemHORRIBLE

This store cares absolutely NOTHING about it's customers. Makes people wait almost an hour for a flu shot. And,no they were NOT taking care of other customers. Rude and uncaring.
