I had identity theft with this bank! Someone cleaned out my account! I let them know within time limits. They NEVER reimbursed me but closed account leaving all my deposits returned to sender and me without my money! Do not bank with them all for themselves not their customers.

I have banked with Wells Fargo for over 2 years ! I go into this branch today across from Medical Center and not only was I told I can not deposit my HUSBANDS pay check (which I have ALWAYS done) (and this is a JOINT account) but i was talked to like a Dog !!!! I have never in my life dealt with such RUDE people !!! and the girl at the Drive thru --which they refused to give me her name when I went inside and told them I was going to call and make a complaint -- She was by far the rudest nastiest person I have ever had to deal with and should in NO WAY BE WORKING IN ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am looking now for a new bank to move to !! I refuse to be humiliated and talked to in the way they did me today !! If you do bank with Wells Fargo in Dothan Go to the Branch by the old Kmart building -- everyone there is nice and professional and do a wonderful job ....The Branch by Medical Center just lost our business !!

Nice people. Drive thru for atm is kind of awkward to pull in. Leaving is also a hassle with where the light is and sharing the side road with checkers and Winn Dixie

I just had the most wonderful experience at this bank. The bankers and cashiers were prompt to greet me as I walked in. I needed to get checks and to change my address on my account. I worked with Harold Street, one of the bankers. Not only did he help me get my address changed and get checks, he assisted me with a financial check up that really helped me to make better decisions about my accounts and saved me some money! Great location, great branch!

Years later and still not a fan of Wells Fargo. I don't bank here for many reasons, but I just tried to walk in and break a bill for change and they won't even consider it. Happened to be the closest place to me at the moment. Now I have to inconvenience some retail location with it.
