I just want to thank the crew, at this Wells Fargo, for helping me. Little did I know, that when you bring change in to deposit it, it needs to be rolled, for them to take it. I spent nearly 4 hours there, rolling my own change. After many, frustrating, moments, including a freak out, due to dropping 2 of the penny rolls, after I had, finally finished, some of the staff came over to help me gather and re-roll my change. Thank you all for your patience and help, with my endeavor. I, greatly, appreciate it.

They place holds on government payroll checks, which is illegal. They tell you one thing one day and next thing you know they hold all of your money.

They are closing my accounts with them!!And I just opened my two accounts!!All because I had a issue with a check that I didn’t know was no good!!I don’t see how that is right ——-I was so excited about being a customer of theirs

On November 29, 2021 I tried to deposit a check that I received from Carmax at a Wells Fargo Bank which Carmax also has their account with. Wells Fargo put a hold my check and allowed another customer's check to go through whom was a white male. I'm an Africa American woman whose account isn't over drawn nor is it under any fees. Katelyn is the one who checked the white guy's check and when I told her that I was waiting on another teller her attitude was nasty as it has always been. She is unprofessional. And Jamie, the supposed to be manger, is just as ill-bred and has bad, rude, and unprofessional behavior herself. She talks uncaringly about the customer concerns and is always making excuses for why her workers do the things that they do toward customers. Jamie once told me that if a customer files a complaint, that they come to her and she's the one that handles complaints and has the last say concerning them. I believe she was letting me know it didn't matter if I filed a complaint because nothing was going to be done concerning it. She can see her workers doing wrong and her excuse is that they're new or having a bad day because of what other customers done to them. Thats no reason or excuse to treat someone unprofessionally. To think that Wells Fargo has these types of people over our accounts shows the company has no concern for the customers. We are just pay checks. I spoke with Carmax who informed me that they didn't understand why Wells Fargo would hold my check when they bank with Wells Fargo and there's no need to put a hold on the check. I also called Wells Fargo's Corporate Office who informed me that the bank manager could release the hold and that they're the ones who place the hold, but she couldn't understand why when the check was drawn off the same bank and it was very easy for them to see the funds were there! I'll be closing Wells Fargo account so I don't have to deal with these types of people. I also bank with All in Credit Union and Avadian and never had a problem.

I have had an account with Wells Fargo a very long time. Like 20 years or more. I have been through some hard times and pulled out of them. Going through one now. Trying to get it straighten out. I have applied for a loan several time and been denied. I am.so tired of trying. All my deposits go into this bank. But will tell you this. It will not be long before it stops. It is crazy. Yes my credit is not that good right now but ALL MY MONEY GOES THROUGH HERE. You could not help me figure something out. Tired. Just as some as my next check drops. I am finding another bank.Now why would I do all that. Last time all I got was a woman that went over my account telling where I should and shouldn't be spending my money. After being belittled I still didn't get a loan.

On 9/30/2019 I phoned wellsfargo bank concerning a check that was writing to wal-mark and American express and was told that as long as I made a deposit before 10/1/2019 by 8:00a.m. I wouldn't be charged any overdraft fees for either item. I checked my account online through the night until I transferred $350.00 at 4:00a.m. on 10/1/2019 before 8:00a.m. which I was told to do so. I also call around 5:00a.m. speaking with Ms. Tashayla teller phone banking on 10/1/2019 who also informed me there would be NO over draft fees and my account was in good standard! I continue to check my account which I notice how wellsfargo only showed Wal-Mart was pending not yet posted nothing else showing that has come through. when I got online around 4:00a.m. on 10/1/2019 I seen two American Express charged had posted that didn't show before and I had just paid on 9/30/2019 that evening which I never seen pending from Wellsfargo, but was told I remined you there wouldn't be a charge alone as I had deposit the money before 8:00a.m. on 10/1/2019 which I did. I don't work there nor no their rules therefore as doing what I was told by the tech. I shouldn't be charge any over draft fees and want them waived/ reverse. I had the money in my account before 8:00 a.m. and was told I wouldn't be charged! This is fraud and misleading to me as a customer..
