Terrible hours for a business’ needs. Every time I want to deposit money I have to close up shop early to do so. I got there today two minutes before closing and they were already locking the doors, went to drive through and they were turning away cars that had been waiting in line well before closing time. Sorry to inconvenience you by depositing money in your bank!

For a town so small Dothan sure do have a lot of different Wells Fargo banks all less than 5 minutes from each other

After 14 years I'll be leaving Wells Fargo. The last 4 months I have tried to get two rolls of quarters from the inside teller for laundry and was told, I can only get one. I must go to another bank. I have no transportation and pay someone to take me to the store and bank once a month. Wells Fargo doesn't care about people.

Avoid banking here at all costs. I've experienced horrible customer service, and highly rude representatives at this location. I will be reporting this branch.

I had a business account with them. When I was on a trip, I used my card out of state to buy $25 in gas. I had plenty of funds in my savings, but the debit card was attached to my checking (not my savings), which was lower than I realized. Being a newbe with my app -- downloaded just before my business trip -- I hadn't learned how to use it to transfer funds from savings to checking. When I got home I learned that they charged me $35! for the transfer. I spoke with three different people in the bank about my misunderstanding, asking that the fee be dropped. When the bank manager refused, I promptly closed my business account and moved to Avadian, which now handle business accounts. Much happier now.

she will make you get stuff that charges your account down the road and not even tell you! Go to one of the other two bankers in this branch!
