I’ve been doing business with this business for over a year now. Angela and Tatiana that work at the Check in Cash location that I use have been extremely professional, nice and kind on each and every visit. They both have answered any questions that I have had. They always greet you with a smile & ask how I am doing. They always give me a curtesy call of a reminder of payment date. You can obviously tell that they enjoy their jobs and are both in the right business dealing and working with the public!

Highly recommend! These ladies are well aware of their job duties. Helped me out tremendously when no other place in Dothan would cash my hand written check (that i now know is considered two party pay role check). Check cashing fees are a little high but the 2 ladies there go over and beyond to get it cashed.

I went in to cash a insurance check from united health which is a legit check. I had no id but my id was on file in the system Angela gave me a hard time and said she got a email saying not to cash the check after I told her it was legit speaking of a operation or surgery like it was a fake check or fraud. When it's truly an rebate check which multiple people have gotten in Dothan so now I'm stuck struggling to cash a check with no id which could've been a oided after I wasted 30 minutes in a place just to hear them say they can't cash it 1star i wish tge mansger was there.

Went here to handle a situation for my boyfriend. The staff was not able to proved detailed or correct information about the process for when possessions are taken and just pushed it off to the towing company. I ask the staff when the tow yard closed. And they it was open 24 hours and that was incorrect which has cause more inconvenience for us to handle this. Would not recommend this place unless you have no other choice. They only cared about why the account was past due.

I would’ve definitely went to Chandler’s Check Cashing if I knew they were charging 10% just to cash the check here. It’s like a dollar per hundred over there
