I'll add my voice to all of the positive reviews of West Side Auto Care. I've had them work on two different vehicles, some was maintenance and some was repair.
Their prices were fair, their quality of work was top-notch, and they had all of the work done on-time with no surprised. I'm extremely happy to have found a locally owned shop that I can take my vehicles to with confidence.
There's an old saying-if you want something done right you have to do it yourself. That's not true with West Side Auto Care. If you want something done right, take it there and it will get done right.

I have an older (2012) car that was displaying an ABS/FCW/Traction control error message. When scanned, the reported codes indicated an issue with the ABS control module. Multiple shops and part houses, including the local dealership, stated that the ABS module had been discontinued from the manufacturer, and that no after market part was available. The car was operational, but ABS dependent safety systems (ABS/traction control/adaptive cruise) were functioning intermittently at best. On a family member's recommendation, I too the car to West Side. Jason and John, listened to my (lengthy) back story and said they thought they could help me out. It took about 2 weeks and numerous phone calls, but they found the needed part and were able to fix the issue. They did for me what every other place had told me I would have to do on my own. Jason worked tirelessly trying to find a way to get me going again. As you might guess, I highly recommend these guys not only for their work, but for their willingness to go the extra mile to take care of their clients.

Got my A/C system redone, they said air was ice cold , as soon as I left air wasn't even getting cold , it was in the middle but new compressor clutch won't stay on either , they didn't even get it going like they said . Charged a arm to , to not even get it cold .

I had the pleasure of using these guys for a pre inspection car purchase. I’m located in California I took a chance strictly off Google reviews and let me tell you they know their stuff and are amazing people. The customer service was great they kept me updated through the whole process. He gave me confidence in my purchase and I’m leaving a happy customer. I’d recommend using them whether you’re from the area or out of town. I’ve never been to Dothan Al, but they give everyone there a good rep. I’m grateful for the love they showed. Thanks again guys!
