I happen to appreciate Wiregrass Electric. They take care of their customers and seem to be much lower then other surrounding companies.

after reading the reviews, i wish news would get involved. they really are the most expensive money eating power company out there. i asked them to not accept any echecks knowing my acct was up in the air seeking help, but they did anyways!! of course the echeck was returned and instead of calling us (knowing we have two small kids) they turned our power off. we called and they rudely asked if we would had come up with it that day! yes we would had noting that they charged us an extra 535 plus 40 turn on fee!!!! so on top that 748 they added 30 for that bad echeck that's not even our doing, then 535 turn on, and then an extra 40 on this months bill that isnt even due yet, to top that extra $29 from the other fee from the 748.. basically making it impossible to even pay any this. whats crazy, is we ran a generator from past monday to today since they want my kids without, and it is $5 to $10 a day we ran it... so where is my power getting charged so much? cause that totals $300 and less a month!!! my daughter goes through surgeries almost every other month. they are set to have ppl struggle and i agree to a lot of the comments about the rude lady!! these ppl are inhumane and just want money money, if you are planning to rent, make sure your eletric isnt run by them. this is absolutely the worse company!! how are you going to make where its 400 turn on fee but decide nah lets make its 535 plus that extra 40...???? like the 748 and the 30 and the extra $29 wasnt enough??? i hope yalls karma catches up!!! just read the reviews and look at thier ratings. ive contact the news. and screenshot because my bills that show online is not the bills they are charging. yall better pay attention to that!!

They are making it to hard to contact them and to get them to do anything when something happens to the indiviual.most company I se doing the way of business you are .totally can't sustain good practices. And therfore looses a goes under. Just a matter of time.

I wanted a street light installed on an existing pole
Contacted company and was directed ro an online application, which I completed. The installation was quick and I did not to be there. When inquiring about the installation the representatives were courteous and helpful. Thank you Wiregrass!

No gonna lie this pre pay system is not helpful. It makes me conscious on how to save energy but I miss the postpaid bill option better.

As a builder, I have worked extensively with Wiregrass Electric for many years. The people throughout the organization, from the phone clerks to the field guys, have always been courteous, profession, friendly and responsive to my needs. It has been a pleasure working with them.

Sandra, Samantha, and Blair have always been the most professional and helpful girls I’ve ever dealt with in any Electrical company. I’ve been with them for over 2 years and my family over 10. They always reccomend what they think is best so I can avoid fees and getting shut off. They are genuine and are a big help to me every time. Allowing partial payments and informing about pre-pay. You go girls, y’all are a nice and very beneficial part to the Wiregrass community. 😊
