If i could give this company zero stars I would. The owner is terribly rude an I don’t appreciate being hung up on. she called to tell me that my card didn’t go through when they have been taking out my WiFi payment 3 days earlier than the contract stated. Then proceeds to tell me that I need to turn my box off at night because AT&T will charge me for going over my unlimited data plan blah blah blah. After she told me multiple times to let her talk because me asking questions was out of the picture I cancel my contract with this unprofessional company. This place lacks Professionalism I don’t care if your the owner or not you treat you customers with the up most respect. iv worked in customer service my whole life and Iv never been treated so badly. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone just for the fact of how I was treated by the owner!
