Worst excuse for a Cobb Zalad I have ever seen. Lettuce was old, cucumbers old, no fried onions, and hardly any cheese or tomatoes. I feel like they dlimprd on the chicken too.Poor attitude in the drive thru.

Negligent and unenthusiastic staff when ordering. Waited forever, and then my chicken was RAW. Not just undercooked, but RAW. Won’t be returning.

Worst Zaxby’s in Dothan the customer service here sucks the cashier messed up my order when I told her that it was messed up she tells me I have to pay for what I wanted when clearly she rung it up wrong and what I wanted was the same exact price I paid so all she had to do was give me my fries and my bread but she didn’t she wanted to be nasty so I asked for a refund and the manager didn’t even ask what the issue was or didn’t try to fix the problem she didn’t even apologize for the misunderstanding she just handed me my money and walked off

It’s good, but they are CONSTANTLY moving you to wait at the side, even if there are no customers. I know this is done in an effort to keep their drive through times down, probably so corporate won’t fuss at them, but at a chicken restaurant there is no reason you should be waiting for ten plus minutes.

I ordered a family order online. Promise was 12 minutes. It took 28 minutes because they lost my order, which I had already paid for.They "made it up to me" by giving me 8 sauces instead of 4, but totally ignored the sauces I asked for on my order. I got 8 of 1 sauce that nobody in my family likes. None of the sauces they like. Thank goodness for Guthrie's. What was I thinking?

I personally changed my order from a chicken finger plate to a zax snack. The prices are completely different. The difference between the food is a $3 difference. I understand that changing my order is somewhat of a problem but not big enough for the lady in the window to laugh in my face and tell me to pull around when the lady who took my order was completely ok with me changing my order at the window. I don’t appreciate the harsh customer service I got. She made me feel as if I was a big inconvenience and I don’t think i’ll feel comfortable spending my money in a place where rude workers are present. All in all, the manager changed my order and I got my food, I just did not appreciate the african american girl named Micaya in the window being ignorant.
