“I appreciate this Dollar General. It’s on the eastbound side of the road and makes stopping easy after a long day at work. It’s small and convenient. It is mostly well stocked. The store is actually fairly navigable, which is almost not the case for other Dollar Generals. I can find what I need, get in, and get out. I would appreciate it if you opened the self-checkout. What’s the point of installing it if you never have it open? I stop here after work and don’t want to interact with people. I’m peopled out, so talking to the cashier is the last thing I want to do. I’m grumpy; it’s nothing to do with the employees. The parking lot is well maintained as well.”

“This is my favorite dollar tree in the area. They are always nice, and the store is always either well stocked or they are working hard to stock it back up. Today, I had an online order to pick up and even though the MOD didn't know exactly what to do, she made sure to find out and was able to help me in the end. It sucks to have to figure something out on the fly and she was super nice while doing it. I felt bad having to take her away from stocking bc she had SO much to do, but i appreciated her time and energy. Thank you, Monica, for being so kind and helpful! Now if only Dollar Tree would stop being so greedy and staff their stores adequately... this store does a remarkable job regardless.”
“Dollar General in Sylvania is always great. Very friendly people always willing to help. Store is clean with nothing blocking the aisles. Some issues with out of stock items but it's the same as every where else currently.”
“I visit this store a few times a week and the staff is always so friendly. My only complaint is not being able to use the internet inside it makes it hard to use the app to look over your coupons & to scan when they have their sales. The other DG's I don't have a problem with this. But other than that it's my favorite store.”
“Everything in North Alabama around Jackson county is better like restraints & shopping they all seem to treat customers like they should be treated unlike here in Talladega where restraints & shopping sucks because everyone being racist.”
“Wow....I was Pleasantly surprised....everything I bought was $1.25 each....and its easy to spend money in there.....ya know quite a bit is not worse than name brands....the cashier was so nice & friendly too...hey Brittney ? I would just about do groceries their...just about ? shoot, the way biden is runnin the country into the ground, I just may end up getting all I can from the DOLLAR TREE ❤? “Decent enough Dollar General. It was right by my hotel and I needed to get mouthwash. The staff was friendly enough and I got a bottle of mouthwash for two dollars.”
“Good experience with shipping via FedEx at this drop-off. Was not a cheap item that I was shipping and was a little concerned. Staff took my name and cell number and also entered it into a device that lets FedEx know it's there for delivery while I was there. Got a confirmation text immediately and everything went fine.”

“It's alright. One of the cashier's was kind of really rude at first honestly which irritated me because I needed help with my car but she changed her attitude by the time I left. So it's aight I guess.”
“I've been going here for a while, and this review is probably over due. The people there from Alleta, jordan, Amy and Darlene. And most recently a nice young lady by the name of Hailey. They're always working and moving about super hard and fast. Seem to be possibly under staffed but still manage to meet folks with a smile, and help every customer. DG is the closest store to my house, and having this lineup of staff makes me happy I can have familiar faces and knowledge carrying people help me out. Hailey was super friendly and helpful this past Wednesday and such a sweat person. This store is great, I'm thankful!”
