Legacy Cabinets, established in 1994, is a leading cabinet manufacturer based in Alabama, serving customers across the U.S. The company specializes in semi-custom cabinets that come in many styles, materials, and price points, ensuring options for various budgets and preferences. Known for their quick turnaround time of two to three weeks on stocked products, Legacy Cabinets emphasizes quality without sacrificing efficiency. Their cabinets are crafted with attention to detail, using top-notch materials, and finished to be both elegant and functional. Customers have praised the company's commitment to delivering on time, with punctual delivery being a standout feature, along with friendly and professional service from delivery drivers. The company is also appreciated for its personalized customer care and skilled installation teams, making the process seamless and efficient. The craftsmanship, especially evident in their Presidential Series, showcases luxurious finishes and custom pieces tailored to customer specifications. Many customers recommend Legacy Cabinets for their exceptional products, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. However, there are some concerns from employees regarding compensation and workload. One worker noted that despite doing the work of three people, they did not receive a raise or recognition and expressed dissatisfaction with pay, especially given increased insurance costs. They also mentioned that new hires earn the same as experienced workers, which they find unfair. Despite this, the company’s flexible schedule allows some employees to supplement their income with side businesses. Overall, Legacy Cabinets is recognized for quality products, timely delivery, and good customer service, making it a popular choice for those seeking durable cabinets.
