“I was recently in this store and had an issue with a digital coupon not coming off, even though I had the required items and amount needed. It was clipped in my account and the register took my number, but it didn’t give the discount. Brittany and Ricky went out of their way to make sure everything rang up correctly and I got the discount. They were so patient and helpful! If it was a small coupon I wouldn’t have worried about it, but it was the $10.00 off P&G items. They were both super friendly and I just wanted to recognize their willingness to help.”

“This was the absolute best Dollar General I've ever stopped at. I happen to stop at this particular store with it being Saturday to use my $5 off coupon. When I finished my purchases the cashier explained you saved this much in store credit you say this much using your digital coupon you say this much using your $5 off today. I have never had a Dollar General employee explained this to me. Additionally, it was also printed this way on my register receipt which has never happened before at any Dollar General. This completely clarified all of my purchases and all of my discounts! I absolutely loved this. I would highly recommend you stop here especially if you're going to use a discount, a digital coupon or just want a truly courteous and friendly atmosphere.”
