My experience with Kay Ellis as a real estate agent was disappointing. While showing me houses, she spent a lot of time talking about her personal life, including her son’s arrests and drug issues ,which was very uncomfortable and not appropriate in a professional setting. It made it difficult to stay focused on the properties and the buying process. On top of that, her communication was inconsistent and I often felt left waiting for updates. Overall, I didn’t feel she provided the professionalism or focus I expected from an agent. I would unfortunately not recommend this realtor to anyone I know.
