I go to this store often. The manager Ronald is absolutely amazing he always goes over and beyond for the customers. Jay has checked me out so many times and she is always awesome. Even when I go during truck it is out so quickly! What an awesome team

The manager is a man with glasses very very Rude for no reason I asked a question before making a purchase and even tho my purchase would have been 50 dollars he refused to break a hundred on a Friday there was no reason to get snappy at me because the cashier just opened the till I was pretty sure that's what a managers job is. I will never step foot in another dollar general for the rest of my life

This store has really gone down the tube. I don't know who the manager is but he/she is absolutely NOT doing their job. I went in yesterday about 1:45 pm and at the very entrance to the store was a huge overflowing garbage can. Then I went to get a cart and the first one had a bad wheel, the rubber was coming off. Second cart had a bad wheel and would t move right. Third time was the charm. Finally got in and started to shop. Everything I was looking for was not to be found. The shelves were basically empty. Store was filthy and I don't know if the cashier was alone or what be he didnt seem too concerned about stocking or doing any work while no one was there. Not very motivated imo. Please! By all that is holy, either shut that store down, hire a new manager that can get the job done. The store is not my local store but I do need to use it from time to time and it's always a disaster. My local store on hwy 97 is phenomenal!! The manager and her staff are the best hardworking crew there is!!

Needs new management!! Store always a mess inside and out!!! Rugs stay on the polls outside for weeks at a time if they touch your clothes they get black on them. Radio is always to loud to hear yourself think. This is the only store around that is this way. It seems to only get worse and worse! Need to clean house even when they get a new person, they come, complacent lack of motivation for manager!!

I just don't see any longevity for this location.They have some issues apparently with inability to staff this store.Walked in this evening at 6:52 pm and the clerk stated "We are closing in 8 minutes".They have white paper sheets on the window frontage and hours posted 8am to 6pm.The clerk was non verbal and beyond it all.To me the responsibility begins with the district & regional manager not taking action.

I was passing through the area heading to foley, the service in this neighborhood was really horrible so I had to find somewhere with Wi-Fi so I can get back on my way. I am not one to pull the race card, but I am a black man this was the most uncomfortable experience I have at any dollar General. I went in, stand directly under the camera and proceeded to connect to their internet so I can get my location. Out of no where this guy came right where I was standing, took his phone out pretending to scan the only item in his basket and while taking multiple picture of me, how I know this, was you don’t have to hold the item up directly at someone to scan it. After I got the chance to get back maps, just second before I exit an officer walked right in the store. I waited just to see if he was just buying something but or I am just being naive, nope. He came out, waited in his car and pull off exactly when I was leaving. All I have to say is, if your a black man passing through this area, don’t stop here. Save yourself the uncomfortable experience of being profile for stealing, because of your appearance.

I went into the store today to buy some inserts for my feet. The holder will beep at you when you take the item off. I was looking at two items and placed one back. One of the employees at the store stared me down like I was steeling. I have no desire to take what is not mine without paying. Never have a good experience in this store.

This place is always busy and always short staffed. Think it’s the dollar general business model. The staff they do have work their butts off. Shelves are most stocked but again with short understaffed stores they always look bare. It’s a nice convenience to have down the street if the shelves were stocked properly. Again no fault to the staff but to management and their business plan.

It is 8:20 on a Monday and the man and woman working turned away multiple people while I was there telling everyone they were closed. I felt rushed and annoyed.

No complaints can be made about this place they have the best price on nos energy drinks and we go here everyday and get them.

The best stocked and cleanest DG in the area. Employees are super friendly. Recently, I checked out... got to the parking lot and then realized hadn't applied ANY of my online coupons (the whole reason I went). She helped me make it right!! So sweet. Thanks DG.
