Dr. Amy and her staff are truly caring and capable. Trips to the Vet can be super stressful to our fur babies and us, but they always put everyone at ease and get some wagging tails and happy licks! Thanks for taking such good care of us!

My family moved here from working ranch in Colorado. So been exposed to many animals caring for and exposed to animal related emergencies. We hadn't needed a vet till an emergency arose with our child's cat. My wife instantly saw signs that a fast toxin or poison was setting in mild convulsions, tightening of muscles then the rigid paralysis and loss of control of bowel and bladder. She called and rushed to closest vet instantly the vet Amy was insistent that cat had been hit by a vehicle even though as my wife told her we live at the end of a dead end road and didn't think that was likely. Instead of trouble shooting what could be the cause of the cats situation She started yelling “ if you dont like what im saying then go to a different vet”. As this was an emergency my wife felt desperate and told her no no im just trouble shooting not trying to piss you off and asked why are you so angry? Amy explained because the cat had clawed her while taking X-rays which revealed no broken bones surprise ? not but instead of changing course Amy decided might be internal bleeding or injury even though no coughing or blood from nose no bloody stool. But asked that my wife leave and check on cat later. My wife called at noon as they said were going to do blood work said negative leukemia and aids but nothing else done later Amy called to let us know cat had other blood work done and was super healthy but glucose was little high and they had given him charcoal which if suspected poison or toxin should be given right away but Amy said cat had calmed and breathing was less erratic. My wife feeling the cat was already lost do to the lack of genuine listening from the vet had lost crucial time to have removed toxins that were sure to have done to much damage to internal organs by the time the vet treated cat for possible toxins apologized for the morning and causing Amy any bad feelings and the cat clawing her to keep peace because it is a small community and seems many love Amy. My wife being kind felt she must just be having a bad day.The next morning we got a call after school drop off to let us know the cat had died. I picked up the cat in a nice card board box and paid the bill for xRays blood work and hospital stay.Thank you Amy for refusing to listen to the pets owner which could of in a timely manner possibly saved this loved family members life . RIP FooFoo

The vet and associates are so nice. Their rates are good compared to other vets. They treated our cats well and we will be back to see them for other appointments.

She is so good with my dog I would never take him anywhere else! She is reasonably priced and gets him right in if we have an emergency! He took to her faster than anyone else and built trust with him and us. She wasn’t scared of him like all the rest because he is 130lb Rotty but so sweet! Would definitely recommend her to anyone with an animal needing a vet!

This place gets all my 5-star rating! I'm shocked they didn't run and hide when I came in with my cat to be fixed and to comfort him on the drive decided to put him up front and aim his cage at me so he could see me...or better yet SPRAY me twice! ? The were so sweet, he came back the same but a clean, sprayer free big baby I love. Thank you all!

13 year old senior dog with heart murmer and severe anxiety left waiting for an hour for a 15 minute ear infection recheck before I walked out..Horrible experience! I'll never go here again! I have a senior dog that is terrified of the vet and has a heart murmer. His anxiety gets so high in the waiting room and his heart beats so fast its scary.. we just moved here, this place is the closest vet.. Rusty had an ear infection but they said they were closed for the whole week so I set an apt for the following momday at 8am to get him in and out as quickly as possible to minimize his stress. His ear infection went from bad to worse so I took him somewhere else and kept the apt for a follow up and to renew his heart worm and flea meds... so a 15 minute apt at best..We got there at 10 till... I was left standing at the window while they talked and shuffled papers and ignored us for 10 minutes. Finally I interrupted and asked if we should be checked in.. the girl said.. oh yeah.. sorry we're busy .. me and one other couple that was already checked in were the only.ones in the waiting room.. she completed check in and told us to wait. After 30 minutes and 3 other people walking in the door and being taken back I asked if he was up soon ... she replies.. yeah.. he's next.. another 15 minutes and another customer pass and were finally taken back... only to keep waiting. By now rusty is full on panting and wining and still shaking..a full hour has passed for what should have been a fast 15 minute recheck and my dog is violently shaking and these people continue to ignore us. I can't remember the last time I was.this mad. Finally I got up and told the lady in the window to cancel the apt that we've had enough and we won't be back. I've never walked out of an apt in my life but that was ridiculous. I will never go back there and I hope if you choose to, you don't allow them to treat you and your pet the way we were treated.
