I hired Paradise Granite to install countertops in both my bathrooms and kitchen. At first, everything seemed promising. The manager came out, took measurements, and sent over templates and a quote that same day. My bathroom countertops were installed in late March with no issues—everything looked great.
Then came the kitchen install scheduled for April 15th, and that’s where things fell apart. The workers showed up but had to stop mid-installation because the “state-of-the-art” laser measuring device had mismeasured my kitchen. I was then told the next possible date was Friday, which was unacceptable since my kitchen had been torn apart and was now unusable. I received another call blaming the mistake on the third-party company they use to cut materials. I reminded them that I, as the customer, wasn’t at fault and requested my final bill be adjusted since I had already missed work for the 15th and would need to again if the new date stood.
They asked what amount I had in mind—I said $325. I was told I’d get a callback before the end of the day. That never happened. I had to call multiple times the next morning just to get an update. When the manager, Michael, finally called, he admitted the measuring mistake was his but said it “wasn’t fair” to adjust my bill because he’d be taking a loss. Eventually, another employee called and offered a $298 adjustment, which I accepted.
On top of that, I had to repeatedly call in because workers were late and no one ever took the initiative to notify me ahead of time. Communication was horrible throughout the process.
Another issue was that the contract clearly outlined certain terms, but I was later presented with a completely different ultimatum. I let it slide because I didn’t want to be seen as a “difficult” customer. I gave them grace—only to receive horrible customer service in return.
To make matters worse, when they finally did return, I realized they had reused my pre-cut countertop slabs and combined them to avoid losing product—something I wasn’t informed of. They also failed to re-cut the soap dispenser hole that had been included in the original design. When I asked about it, they claimed those are typically done on-site upon request, ignoring the fact that it had already been prepared.
This company lacks accountability. They lie, pass the blame, and do not value clear communication. I paid my final balance, but I would never recommend Paradise Granite to anyone. I just hope their shortcut work doesn’t come back to haunt me in a few years.
SN: ANYTHING mentioned above is backed with proof (emails, videos etc).

Paradise Granite Review
My experience with Paradise Granite was extremely frustrating. I hired them to install a countertop on my dry bar, but they installed a material I did not choose. Additionally, I paid for a flat polished edge, yet they cut the edge incorrectly.
While they did offer to replace the countertop, their contract states they are not responsible for any damage caused during removal. Given that my friend suffered $2,500 in damage when they replaced a piece of incorrectly installed countertop in her kitchen, I decided not to take the risk.
What made this experience even worse was their refusal to offer any compensation. They would not even check if I had overpaid for the incorrect countertop they installed or provide a discount for the beveled edge when I had paid for a flat polished finish.
Mistakes happen, but a reputable company should take full responsibility for their errors—both in workmanship and cost. Unfortunately, Paradise Granite did not. I would not recommend them, and if you choose to use their services, I strongly suggest double-checking every detail before installation and reviewing their contract carefully.

Very knowledgeable about the products they work with. I'm very happy with the granite I chose. Barry came to measure and was in and out in no time and Terry closed the deal.

Purchased our granite from paradise granite and had our install on January 7th 2023 . Love the granite but ran into problems when putting the back splash onto the wall where we had tile. Then installers had another problem when putting countertop in where when they measured did not measure right. So then we were told they would have to come out and remeasure to make correction when I made a reference to the back splash to the tile where their was a gap and my husband measured the back splash was not 4 inches. i was told they would be back to correct problem. January 30 th 2023 they returned to complete the job but when I ask were they gonna replace back splash where a gap of 3/8 inch was they said no and that I needed to talk to mike at paradise granite. Hoping to solve the issue I went their talk to the sales lady and ask that I could talk with mike . I was told he was in a meeting I showed the sales lady and she said that she told us upon buying granite but I was not aware it would not be that big of a gap. We ask to have it recut. But was not able to beacause she said it was in our contract. Needless to say the other side was nice was not sealed and the other side with the gap was not what we expected. Neighbors came over to see our countertops in hopes of getting theirs done and was very shocked and could not believe they could not measure to fit back splash to tile and informed us that they could tell that our countertop was not even sealed. Moral of this review read your contract. Do make sure all measurements are right.
