This has by far been the easiest storage unit I've ever rented. Love the deal they have going on. I don't need anything big and they had what I needed. Also like the fact that you can store a vehicle there if you need it. Thanks y'all. I definitely recommend ❤️

Our initial communication was great! Customer service made it super easy to get a spot for our camper. Looks pretty safe. The area is fenced in with cameras. We will definitely use them in the future!

It has been a pleasure working with Pilot storage facilities as their business continues to grow. I have been a customer at the Elberta location for about 6 years, since before ownership and company name changed over. I have always been able to get much appreciated help when needed with quick responses and great communication. The fair pricing, safe atmosphere, technological advances and friendly interaction has made decisions to continue business with their facility each month simple and ideal.

We feel safe leaving our trailer there. There is a brand new fence around the area with cameras and a combination lock at the gate.

The owner has worked with me since day 1 he sold it they did some improvements with a new gate paint ect...and even the new owners are working with me they email and mail you if anything needs attention so they are good to their customers almost a year now

Top notch place to store your belongings. Move in and move out were seamless. Actually, I vacated without telling them. The very next morning they closed everything out after seeing that I vacated. No lingering paperwork or anything. 5 stars!
