Like so many other reviews I saw before taking my car to Dean, he hooked his monitor to the car and rode with me driving so he could determine the cause of the issues I was experiencing. He gave me his honest opinion and did not do like a lot of places do and just try to take my money by saying I needed something that may or may not resolve all my issues. He will give you the good, the bad, and the ugly! This is a family owed business and not part of a big chain that just cares about money.
