This post office if absolutely awful. I have lived in Elberta for 10 years, and the last few years have just been ridiculous. I get my neighbors mail. So I know my neighbors get my mail. I got a package today that belonged on a street over from me, whole different name. Chicago St! I live on Illinois! My husband took the package to the home it belonged to and MY PACKAGE was on their doorstep! This happens ALL THE TIME! I shouldn’t have to worry if I am getting my mail/packages. It should be a given that I can trust my postal office. We used to have the best service when Diana was our mail lady, now y’all changed her route and we just get whoever is available and they suck! Also, anytime I have a package delivered that needs a signature, IF it comes to my house, they NEVER KNOCK ON MY DOOR, how the heck am I supposed to sign for a package if you never knock and just put the slip in my mail box? I am not happy! Being careless and delivering people’s mail to the wrong address & mailbox should have some type of consequences.

Local Elberta Post Office. They never pick up the phone. Always lose my packages.

He has restored my faith in Elberta postal location.
I had a package delivered in one of the larger box the key wouldn't open
He personally came out to my apts and removed my package and brought personally to me
He has been to our complex to straighten out mail issues before.
Always very kind and helpful 💯

I've had 5 packages that were never delivered but said they were. Every time I call up there no one answer. I'm over it and reporting the to head office!!

I just got a text saying my package has finally been delivered after being shipped all over the southeast and it was the biggest thing my child asked for and they delivered it to someone but not at my address. We have been here all afternoon, and they didn't ring my doorbell nor hand it to anyone in this house.

Staff member (man) unfriendly and uncaring. Took a stack of mail that was delivered to out mailbox incorrectly. Took it from me no response at all and walked away.

Never received my package and it had been opened and placed within my mailbox with the word TBT written on it whatever that acronym means. I’ve had multiple issues with the mail, including even the one Lillian of the same type of package getting stolen out of the mailbox. There’s someone within the post office because we’ll get mail sometimes on Sundays and sometimes three different times throughout the day

They arent sending my mail to my mailbox and sending it back to where it came from ive been waiting on a check and my title to my truck for 4 months and im reporting this cause they have cost me to lose stuff n money n a court date

New postal carrier for my house thinks it's ok to stuff the mailbox so full & have packages & mail hanging out with the door open. Also thinks it's ok to put packages on top of the mailbox instead of bringing the packages to my doorstep. They apparently don't care if my packages or mail is stolen as long as they don't have to turn into a driveway to take mail to someone's door. I'm sure they wouldn't like it done to them. Very rude & inconsiderate!

Had to give 1 star. I went into the office because my landlord can't find my mailbox key, I asked if the mail deliverer could call me when shes up filling the mailboxes and Ill come down (literally 1 minute away) so she can open it for me, so my landlord can change the lock. I was told not a problem, then I get a call that the sub doesnt know the area and I need to wait until Monday. Excuse me? You dont know when you're enter Plantation Harbor? Theres a gate you have to open and a very large sign....This isnt rocket science. Absolutely ridiculous.
