“When I first met the manager a few months back, he was extremely helpful! he allowed me to see him research the problem to figure out a solution and he quickly figured it out! was very professional, smart and wanted to do everything he could to help me! then i recently went in for an oil change and it was 3 young men present. normally when i see young people service me i get a little worried, but I remember the manager said that his business take care of their customers and those young men did exactly that. they were nice, verrrrrrry respectful and well mannered, and took care of me with a breeze. HIGHLY recommend this company, you won’t be disappointed!”

“Very nice staff. Very BUSY place too! Only reason I’m not giving a 5 star is there was quite a bit of debris left on my dash including a broken piece of razor blade. I would just hate for a child to find it and become injured. New seal/adhesive could have been smoothed out a tad better but other than that everything went and looked great! I was in and out in a flash.”

“While driving home from Florida, we stopped for gas in Prattville and discovered that the engine splash shield under our Toyota Highlander was hanging down. We found Auto Body Services nearby and called to see if they could help. Dan told us to bring it right over.
Dan and his team took care of us immediately, secured the shield, and had us safely back on the road in no time. When we asked how much we owed them, they said, “No charge — just leave us a review.” What wonderful kindness and customer service, especially for two travelers just passing through!

“I was very impressed with Campbell’s and how they conducted their business. They were recommended to us by a neighbor after we got a seat belt stuck in a car seat. We took it to them expecting it to need the seat belt locking mechanism taken apart, but they ended up being able to fix it in about five minutes. (Apparently the piece we needed to move was stuck, I’m an idiot, or both. 🙃) I was expecting a bill for the labor at least, but since it was such an easy fix they didn’t charge us at all. I was really impressed with the honesty when they easily could have charged us for an hour or two of work and we wouldn’t have batted an eye. I will definitely go back if I have any car issues in the future, and would recommend them!”

“I am biased, and this is a really great gas station. It is the old-school tradition where full-service is still done. One of only two in the entire River Region area, possibly even the entire State at this point. The staff is really great, knowledgeable, friendly, and always treats me kindly. Their prices are always comparable to local self-serve stations. They also offer FREE air for your tires. Try finding that anywhere anymore. If looking for a friendly place to establish a relationship and be treated as if you matter, do business at Herrod's. You won't be disappointed.”
