I received professional help. They answered all my questions and were able to get me the correct loan for my needs! The manager as well as Ms Brewer made me feel appreciated and gave me their full attention! The other ladies in the office even asked if I needed a drink or anything while I waited!! First Franklin will have my business from now on! Could not thank them enough for the insight they provided about my accounts! Thanks again to a staff that goes the extra mile! It was refreshing!!
