These electric companies in Alabama are a JOKE I have never in my life paid a 400-500 electric bill until moving to Alabama!!! Always keep the AC at a higher temperature during the summer, barely turn the lights on during the day, and as soon as it hits the month of June the electricity bill skyrockets. Then not to mention our electricity will randomly turn on and off throughout the day, sometimes back to back within a short time period. I am so tired of this BS and overpriced crap in this pathetic state!

I am tired of calling and never received calls back and being told to hold on fir 70 minutes or more. This is not even my account but alapower has my number rwhich I have gad for several years ND he never ever had Alabama power.want my number removed now

Signed up for new service at my new home. The woman at the counter explained everything to me I needed to know as a new customer as well as helpful hints to pay my bills online

Robin was exceptionally polite, even when things weren't going well for delivery she stayed in touch showing concern for the customer, me. I perchased before coming from a city everything has to happen yesterday, she was polite then also which made me a return customer. Yes, Robin made my experience positive.

Had a question regarding our bill, and the meter was flashing broken numbers. Called since we couldn't make out what meter was. Sent employee of Alabama Power, Trent Renfroe, who was pleasant and explained everything, including how it operates. Replaced meter due to digits not working properly. Very pleasant and professional worker.

Rates are HUGH they don't care because they have a monopoly on your location. They have politicians in their pocket.

When paying your power bill in person at this location, the business is not crowded. Probably due to ability to pay online. But I love that you can even pay at Dollar General with a photo of your power bill account bar code. Dollar General's on every corner...lol

Alabama Power in Enterprise, AL is a pleasant experience every time I have been there for information, to set up service or to pay a bill. The employees are courteous and knowledgeable.
