The rudest bank I have ever dealt with! Don’t join this credit union! I have had fraud on my accounts 3 times in 1 year every time I get an alert on my phone I tell them about it they say they can’t do anything then my money gets stolen then it takes 3 weeks to get my money back. I said what is going on to have this happen this much and all she said is it’s that time of year I’m like what? Don’t go to this credit union not helpful what do ever!

No drive thru anymore with actual people in a window to talk to. The Lobby was backed out the front door with 2 tellers. People sitting waiting to be helped at 4:40. I left and had to drive to the Rucker Blvd location and imagine 6 tellers and only two people in that location. This is inexcusable for a billion dollar credit union. If everything is online why even have a location?

I have been with this bank for over 22 years and also am not pleased with the changes that have taken place. The bank machines that replaced tellers is the deal breaker for me. The machines are not easy to use and it is hard for me to get out of my car and go inside. As soon as all my checks are gone, I'm closing my account and will go where I have the convenience to drive through and have personal help.

Been banking here for years. Couldn't understand what was going on with my account. Got promptly seen as soon as I walked in. I had to go to another person because the first person couldn't explain the problem to me with full confidence and wanted to make sure I was told the reasoning 100% accurately. Though I didn't like the conclusion (completely out of their hands and nothing they could've done on their end), the service was outstanding. Both of them were extremely patient with me in trying to explain everything. Reminded me of one of the reasons I chose to bank with them. 10/10 will continue business with them. Hailey and Sierra both need big raises. They are amazing at their jobs!

This has to be the most ridiculous banking place ever. They got rid off their drive-through tellers and put machines there that are for the birds. So now everyone is walking inside again with a line out the door. Instead of staffing a bank with tellers, half the building is occupied by a coffee shop and only two people actually working the banking business. No privacy whatsoever. 20 people in line just saw how much cash I put in my wallet as the teller counted it out in the wide open for everyone to see. Time to find a new bank because this is ridiculous!

We are still sitting in the drive through. We only wanted to make a deposit. It’s been 20 minutes. No explanation for the delay. We waited. Two screaming kids in the back seat. We considered requesting our money back so we could leave. It was not a good stop.
