“This car-buying experience was the most pleasant I have ever had. I don’t trade cars often. LV was very patient with me, we test drove 7 cars! Ross was willing to work with me on the price. I am very happy with my new Nissan Sentra!”

“So, today was one of the craziest days of my life . I live in Samson, but I work right up the road from these guys. My brakes started grinding last week, and have been getting progressively worse. Today, I was leaving working to go home for my break at 1:45, and had both of my windows down on my 2010 Toyota tundra. I stopped at a red light, and heard a bunch of clanking, and something metallic hit the ground. Y'all! I get out of the truck, and there laid my whole brake pad, glowing red. I had to grab a towel to pick it up. I pass by this shop everyday, and something just told me to pull right in. I had no appointment. After a brief conversation with Jerry, showing him the brake pad, and telling him I had to be back at work by 4( and I was a squalling mess!) Jerry told me it wasn't safe to move my truck until we got it fixed. He and his staff went right to work, and I was back on the road SAFELY at 3:30. What Jerry didn't know is that this interaction gave me HOPE and peace of mind. It has been a ROUGH couple of years, and this gave me the strength to finish my day, without wondering if I would make it back home to my family. The staff were super fantastic, and I was able to charge my phone. I wish there was a 10 star recommendation. The prices were completely wonderful, and for them replacing both back rotors and new brakes, I was super grateful for what they did for me! I will be back, with big ole fat cinnamon rolls for them! Thank you Jerry, and God bless you and your staff. Thank you for being a ray of light in a world that has so much darkness!”

“Took my minivan for an oil change and new tires; took less than an hour for both, AND they made sure my son in the back seat had fun—he loves monsters, and they had the tech in the bay below us roar when we pulled up AND when we left. Later that night, my kid asked if we could come back so he could say bye to the monster again.”

“I was a little surprised this time that I went yesterday, September 2 I did not get the usual videos of what they were doing and I don’t know if they did an overall check like they normally had. All I got was my bill and that I had an oil change and tire balance no one said anything about an overall check and I was kind of surprised because they’ve normally done that. Otherwise service was good. The wait was a little bit longer than normal but they were very very busy. Very impressed with Tech way and their explanation of everything they did sending pictures to me of what needed to be fixed or their concerns. I will definitely be using them for all my automobile needs. They also took very good care of a friend of mine‘s truck at the same time. The friendliness of the staff was excellent.”

“I went in there today hoping to simply patch a tire I couldn't afford to replace. They couldn't patch it ultimately, but they were patient, kind, and helped me when nobody else would have in that situation. Without going into detail, these people are amazing and I'm so thankful. If you need tire help please give them your business. They are simply good, honest people.”

“From start to finish, our experience at Mitchell Hyundai in Enterprise was exceptional. Blaine went above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle to fit our needs. He took the time to really listen, answer all our questions, and made sure we felt confident in our choice. His care and professionalism made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. When it came time to handle the financing, Johnny made everything smooth and straightforward. He explained every detail clearly and made the paperwork process quick and easy. It was refreshing to work with someone so organized and knowledgeable. Before we drove off the lot, Tom took the time to go over all the options and extras available with our new Hyundai. He explained everything in great detail and made sure we understood what would benefit us the most. The entire team at Mitchell Hyundai truly cares about their customers. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!”

“The most honest mechanic I have had to work with. He is up front about pricing and what he can/can't do. My daughter's AC went out and instead of milking us for every cent, he referred us to someone that could. Simply put, good people.”

“We’re extremely helpful and timely in getting our windshield replaced! First time they arrived they pointed out that there was a big scratch on the glass, so they returned another day with a second windshield. After installation of the second windshield we noticed a weird warping while driving. So, they brought back a third windshield and swapped it for us! They also didn’t unplug the collision detection system during the multiple installations so we didn’t have to pay elsewhere to get it recalibrated. Highly recommend for auto glass needs!”

“HSAU has been my place of work for almost 6 years, it is a good place to work, the only problem there is is the blessed racism that Hispanics have against us, you can see others talking and even hesitating and they don't call them attention, there are people who trust them and believe that they can do whatever they want, they get into your life and one of them, in order not to disrespect them, we stay silent, not out of fear, just out of respect, but enough is enough, When will the day be when things at work are the same for everyone, it is not fair that because we are Hispanic and do not know how to defend ourselves in the blessed English we are marginalized, enough of so much abuse, supervisors who do their job as it should be , it is good that they give us confidence, but there are some employees who should actually draw your attention because they sit and do not tell you anything at all, whether they do something, not because they are white or colored, they are not going to tell you anything, already Stop racism, we come to work, to earn our bread, not to hesitate, there is time for that, do something and it is now.”

“I have been looking to find a car that is better on gas, safe, and reliable for months. I have also been looking for my teen children. As you can imagine, whenever I walk into a dealership alone (which is most often the case) most dealerships think they're going to swindle me. I have been to dealerships at the beach, Dothan, Montgomery and Atlanta. Do yourself a favor DO NOT GO!!! Shop locally!!!! From the moment I walked in the door to driving away I had the best experience (and I have lived all over the US). Ask for Brad Grantham!! Not one time was I uneasy, and I fully trust him and the entire staff. Save yourself the headache and the very expensive gas! I bought myself an Altima and my daughter a Jetta, and go a wonderful deal!!”
