“Another service center told me I needed new tires today due to a road hazard but was unable to complete the tire work due to a service issue. This gave me the opportunity to call my usual service center, Jim Whaleys.They picked up and delivered my vehicle with a smile. When I got the bill it was zero dollars. It turns out I just needed air not new tires as the other center had told me.Talk about building trust with a customer! I was totally prepared to buy tires!I will never take my car anywhere else! Great Job!”

“They're good and do great job ! But there is only two people there that do great job and have great Customer service! And that's why I'm given a 4 star review. We have been using them for tires only and they have been great with that and we only run into those two workers only! So we have Firestone tires on all our vehicles.”
