Always super fast service. There is no comparison to how long and slow Walgreens and CVS is. Bryan makes the big box pharmacies look terrible.

Because they don't have good hospitality I waited over 1 hour for medication I never received and wasn't friendly I was trying to get a discount on medication and still waiting another 30 minutes after that I drove off never again in life bad business and not professional drove around the the drive through 3 damn times and still no medication they needs to do better poor customer services ? ?

Walking in no wait asked for nebulizer. Staff walked to get rang up. I was out. Great price fast service friendly staff

Maybe it's good with the locals. With all the signage was hoping for a quick experience being out of town for work not far just Birmingham. With electronic PX in hand no help whatsoever apparently wasn't a "signature on the electronic PX". No where else has had this issue. (Filled the first two just fine they are identical besides date) I had previous bottle in hand previous pharmacy and the doctor who wrote it's information all in front of me. Didn't care to see it. No help given just strait declined. I get it's your prerogative. Your stereotyping needs work.

Has the importance of customer care just gone out the window? The young lady Jasmine who "helped" me at the window was incredibly rude and left a horrible taste in my mouth.. I wanted to support a local pharmacy within the city but after my experience with Bryan's and this employee in particular, I think I'll stick to CVS and warn others should they have the impleasurable experience of interacting with Miss Jasmine.
