The Pharmacist is amazing. He goes above and beyond with customer service skills. I am newer to the area Walmart miscounted my pills and CVS in Enterprise employlees are just rude. Not to mention this place is much cheaper. Saved me 40 dollars on one script..

I just can’t get over it. How in the world was my refill not certified and not covered by my insurance, when on the bottle, I CLEARLY had one more refill. My husband had to waste his money for medication that was very important for my mental health. That just really angered me and messed up my entire day. I’m switching to another pharmacy. Bump this.

This pharmacy both lied to me and told the truth to my doctor! He told me my pain medication was not in stock and had to order. He told me we would be contacted when med was filled. No call came . He then called my doctor and told her he was no longer gonna fill my med. Why?? Cause times are hard and I can only make the drive once a month and I been doing 2-3. When I switched all my meds to center drugs he went thru a tantrum and refused to fill the pain med and he is the only one who Carry's this med in local area. Great customer service. It might work better if your honest about the issue so we can communicate and fix the issue your having with me and move forth.

Very unprofessional the only reason I give it one stars it’s because I can’t give it a negative number. The owner is worse than the employees. I’m a disabled veteran took a prescription from my VA doctor on September 29, 2022 to get filled. They only gave me half when I noticed I would not have enough I called back today October 3, 2022 spoke with a lady told her that I was supposed to have 42 of this medicines. She said that they shorted me 10 and it was on the box where that was stated. I didn’t see it anywhere on the box, and even if that is correct 10 and 24 comes out to 34! So I tried to tell her that she said hold on she came back said it was 24 she would get for me! Well guess what 24 and 24 is 48 that’s not right either! At this point I was worried if they even gave me the right medicine. Another lady came on the phone very rudely her voice sounded different I asked her this was a different lady she said she was because I kept speaking over the other lady! Well if I did it was because the other lady had no clue evidence by the fact she didn’t understand basic math! So I didn’t ask to speak to the pharmacist! Instead I got the owner Bobby or Brett or Blake or Brian whatever his name was and tried to talk to him and explain to him what the real problem was the numbers being off not once but twice first thing they owed me 10 which was not enough secondly offering 24 which was too many! And naturally I guess the fruit doesn’t fall far from the tree he also was rude try to argue with me and hung up! All I can state is the facts ! Folks think about this if they can’t get the number right the first time not giving you enough or the second time giving you too many how do you even know that they are professional enough to give you the correct medicine? And if an owner is so rude and unprofessional that he cannot have a conversation that says all I need to know about a particular establishment! In my opinion I would avoid this place like the plague!

My prescriptions have been miss field a couple times. That can be dangerous and they should be paying attention. They don't identify my name, but if I had two females being really rude to me. There's no excuse to be rude to your customers. Otherwise they're very efficient, and fill the prescriptions fast. Then let you know that it's done
